+The owner are so niceeee!!!! I’m staying here for 14 nights. This property is very safe! The owner even brings me by his motorcycle to go city of Napoli and meet all his friend and family. I’ll come back to Napoli next years or maybe in few years and I’ll just stay here. All the neighbours around is nice and let me think I’m local and I really enjoy it.

“Overall a great stay”
+The apartment was in great condition and it was being cleaned frequently. It has an AC which is a must in this weather. They left free snacks and free coffee which is usually rare for hosts and it stood out to us. Mario was very helpful and kind, showed us around. The building is safe and has a security gard which is very nice considering how unsafe Naples is. It was a very memorable stay. Moreover, it's a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated compared to the chaos in the city centre. There are shops and bakeries around so you can snack if you feel hungry. Lastly, we had a balcony so we could dry our towels, bathing suits and enjoy the picturesque view of the city.
−The bathroom drain was clogged - we opened to check but there was no issue with it and we made sure to collect our hair during showers. However, I think it's something from the piping system. Another situation which affected us a little bit is the lack of instructions by the host - she is generally good but didnt tell us how to get in the building (it's locked by a door with a code), the floor we need to go to, where to find Mario and it was already getting late. Despite that I believe it was a great stay but more detailed instructions would be helpful and appreciated.

+the bed is confortable, the room is clean, the owner is friendly and he replies quickly and give you all the details. The location is far away 15 min from metro line 1, so you will need to walk everyday about 15min, but also there is a bus or you can take a taxi. ( not expensive) I feel like you have to do a lot of walking in Napoli anyway, since the metro stations are a bit far from where you actually want to go.

+The existence of a balcony and the view. There was quiet in the apartment, in the building, and in the neighborhood.
−There were no kitchen items (plates, glasses, etc.) in the common area. The transportation was not very convenient.

+clean room, really modern furnishing, walkable to everywhere or public transport really close, communication with owner went smoothly, towels
−might be a little loud if youre trying to get early night sleep as walls are paper thin and u can hear airports, but earplugs do their work

“Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Napoli in zona strategica”
