“Horrible and haunted.”
+Nothing I like in this property. This is a scam going on in Booking.com. please delist this property as soon as possible.
−There were no host, no cleanliness, the building looks like a haunted house. No single person was there when I went there. How can Booking.com list this property? Did you check this property before listing in your platform? This kind of people are scamming innocent customers. DON'T EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY. YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU BOOK.

“Do not recommend if you are used of other Hostels”

−The instructions were not correct with the code but managed to try alternatives, like not entering the pound sign or hash tag. The phone number for issues is worthless if you do not have a German phone. Email did not receive a response till the next day. One person could not get into his room, battery dead in the locking mechanism. Had to help to people get in because of instructions being incorrect. No WiFi, it was listed on booking.com as having. I needed WiFi to prevent expensive roaming charges. It was the most expensive Hostel I stayed in for no perk like WiFi and breakfast

−Pokój znajdował się na strychu budynku i w obskurnym stanie. Poruszać się po nim można było będąc przygarbionym a żeby położyć się do łóżka trzeba było przejść pochylonym pod belkom. W życiu nie nocowałem w takich warunkach !!! O toalecie wolę się nawet nie wypowiadać bo to było żenujące. Ktoś powinien zabronić im wynajmowania pokoi za pieniądze !!!

−condições em geral, muita falta de organização, não têm toalhas de banho, é preciso ligar para reservar toalhas, para o número que se liga, ninguém atende. Pessoas que vêem e ficam nos corredores porque não têm acesso pelo código aos quartos, todos os dias a mesma coisa, depois número de apoio não funciona, ninguém para acudir a urgencias ou necessidades, limpeza muito a desejar, convém limpara as teias de aranha. E aquecimento muito condicionado, não dá para regular a temperatura para próprio conforto. No geral mau, nível de segurança péssimo, risco de invasão por pessoas desconhecidas, não existe pessoal no geral a trabalhar lá.

−Das Zimmer war schmutzig, das Bettgestell beschädigt, das WC hatte Haare und Schmutz von irgendwem, der Boden des Zimmers war so schmutzig das wir erst wundere Füsse säubern mussten bevor wir unsere Strümpfe anziehen kommen, der Duschvorhang war total abgeranzt, drei Betten was nicht schlimm war aber nur ein kleines Handtuch und ein Badetuch für zwei Personen, ein lichtschalter an der Tür. Wie haben darauf verzichtet am Morgen zu duschen. Und Frühstück gab es auch nicht. Das habe ich schon sauberer und besser ausgestattet eigendlich überall gehabt. Man sollte das Geld zurück bekommen

+Rund um das Hotel grüner wald
−Es gab kein Personal. Zimmer extrem schmutzig. Kein Handtuch , kein Spiegel , Bett ohne Lattenrost , sondern Dillenbretter. Keine Möglichkeit duschen ohne notwendige Seife , Shampoo, Spiegel , Handtücher. Andere Geste haben auf dem Flur , vor die Tür auf den Boden geschlafen, das man ich der Nacht unsicher in die Toilette gehen könnte. Die total verschmutzt befindet sich auf dem Treppenhaus. Überteuert.
