+Although it was older the flooring was new. The furniture was old but clean and would almost be considered retro. The bathroom was clean. We checked the beds for bedbugs. Everything was really clean just a bit outdated. I would definitely recommend staying there. It was a great value.
−The only thing I didn’t really like was that there was seats outside and ashtrays for people to sit and smoke, and you could still smell it sometimes coming into the room

+It was very easy to find and very accessible. Rooms were VERY CLEAN. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The price was very affordable.
−I did pay for an upgrade when I booked this room. The booking request was for a balcony room but I was assigned a room on the bottom floor. I didn't actually mind the bottom floor, however I did pay for an upgrade that I did not receive.

“Owners were great, the place was charming”
+While we'd gotten double booked thru the app, the owners pivoted quickly to get us into a spare room they'd had saved. They were as worried as we were about the error but worked quickly to resolve it & were very kind. They're renovating right now but what we saw looked good. Would stay here if you're looking for simple & comfortable

“I didn’t stay and I would never stay there”
+Nothing, they were not clean at all
−I didn’t like that they thought they could put us in a room that smelled like chemicals because they painted heavy and didn’t open any windows or doors. Also there was bugs everywhere as well
