+The property is located in a very convenient place and was really beneficial for our time in Tokyo!!
−As most have shared the shower situation is a bit different and inconvenient if sharing the accommodation with a lot of people. Luckily it was only two of us so it wasn’t too bad. But during our stay the cleanliness lacked a lot, the bathroom has a very very strong pee smell and one of the bed comforters had stains from the previous guest on it which was pretty gross, but looking past this and considering affordability this place is perfect.

“Dirty apartment”
+It was close to two stations that connected me to main areas in tokyo. One is about 4mins walk and other is 10mins.
−The smell is worst when we came it. Smell like human poop. Then on our 7th day, the toilet, shower and sink all clogged. We already noted on the first day that the washing machine was already clogged. They didnt attend to it. So as we were using it, the more it clogged and we were flooding with waste water. Shower and toilet have molds! Dangerous to health

+We like the location and surrounding. Internet was excellent. Room fit us 6 pax nicely. The house was clean & tidy. We like it. The neighbourhood was great. The travel time by train only takes 20mins. To the Station walking 10min+-.
−We been disturb by upstairs arrival of guest at 2am. They knock on the door at 2am in the morning. Then we can hear people moving upstair after they check in. We make complain the next day and there's still there but less noisy. The kitchen area quite small for 6 of us & the bathroom has a frosted glass. So its not that privacy when bath. Hope the owner can change this in the future.

“Or stay was exactly what we needed for our 20 days in Tokyo it is an amazing location for an amazing price.”
+This property is perfectly situated between two train stations that will get you to either side of Tokyo quickly. It is in a very quiet neighborhood that will find you relaxing and enjoying your time that you have. It is within very close, walking distance of everything that you would ever need while you are staying.
−The only issues we had with the property were for long-term stayers. We stayed 20 days and extra towels. provided would’ve been nice. There is no TV in any of the rooms in the first floor of the property so if you’re looking to unwind for the day, that will be only on your personal media devices.

“Fair stay in Tokyo.”
+Location
−One of the beds had bugs, and has bitten one of my friends resulting to rashes. The unit upstairs is NOT that clean, shower door have water water yellowish stains including shower floor. The HOST is not Japan based and CAN NOT be reached when you try to call. Voicemail is in Chinese. Instructions to get in is unclear too. So much hassle just to check in. Host wasn't within easy reach!

“Nice - but not right for our group”
+The rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The location was convenient and easy to access. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The beds were comfortable. It was cheap…
−The bathroom setup was a bit unusual. We were a group of 2 girls and 5 boys, so when it came time to shower, we had to take turns using the kitchen area, since the bathroom had frosted glass that didn’t provide much privacy as you could still see through it, and there was nowhere to change before getting in, so you had to undress outside (in the kitchen). The door to the toilet, which also opened into the kitchen, was quite thin, so you could hear everything. It might have been less awkward with a different group dynamic, but in our case, it was a bit uncomfortable. We also had to make up one of the beds ourselves, as they hadn’t prepared enough in advance.

“C’est bien d’avoir un grand appart mais vider les poubelles avant qu ont arrive”

−Le personnel est rentré alors que je n’était pas encore dehors en plus de ça j’ai oublier des trucs dans l’établissement. Je suis rester une heure devant l’établissement, les nettoyeuse non même rendue les affaires oublié sachant qui avait une batterie portable une figurine et plusieurs paquet de biscuits japonais. Que je voulais prendre avec en Belgique.

“可もなく不可もなし”
+共用部はキレイに保たれていたと思います
−23泊、利用させていただきました。 1階の和室の部屋で寝泊まりしましたが、畳の隙間にゴミが入り込み、あまり清潔とは感じませんでした。 表面上は清掃されていましたが、その点は残念でした。

+Líbila se mi lokalita a komunikace s hostitelem, a příjemné a klidné prostředí.
−Na 2 noci tak ideál, na víc dní už trošku ztísněné podmínky, pokud je vás tam ubytovaných víc, sprcha uprostřed kuchyně/společenské místnosti, a bylo velice slyšet spolubydlící nad námi v apartmánu.
