+We had a lovely stay with our family and booked two rooms: a spacious, clean family room with three single beds and another room with two single beds and an amazing garden view. 🌿✨ The facilities were clean, the staff were helpful and welcoming, and the whole experience felt unique and relaxing. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious! 😍 Just make sure to order ahead of time because everything is freshly prepared from scratch. It’s definitely worth the wait! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a lovely and memorable getaway! ❤️

“The hotel is decent but don't use them for the diving. Use Deep Dive. They were great.”
+The staff was very friendly. The views of the ocean were nice. There is a nice big pool.
−One of the reasons we picked this hotel was that they offered to make arrangements for scuba diving. They didn't tell us until we got there that we had to pay cash. They told us to meet them in the lobby at 5am for a 6am dive. We went to the lobby at 5am and were told that the divers pushed the time back to 7am but no one told us. We decided to cancel as 7am wouldn't work for us. We got a ride to the Whaleshark area and found Deep Dive Center. They were able to get us in the water at 6am and it was cheaper than the dive shop at the W Golf. Not that it matter but this is not a golf resort.

“Wonderful”
+This hotel was very accommodating, and everyone was very friendly. The pool was a great size and the fact that the restaurant was outside on the ocean and next to the pool was fantastic. We had a 3 bed room, and just an FYI, the 3 beds are all next to each other, so plan on crawling out the end. The location was nice and easy to get to. It is a bit pricey for the area, but its clean, comfortable, and had what we needed even though it was a major holiday
−You defiantly need water shoes to use this 'beach', but thats true for the entire area.

“It was mainly a relaxing stay with the occasional sighting of large turtles in the ocean popping up for air every now an”
+Quite location next the ocean and nice pool
−Hopeless pro Chinese tv selection 🤮 People ordering smoothies after ten o’clock and rediculously noisy blender used. Also people be inconsiderate after ten o’clock next to bedrooms. Mgt were nonexistent to enforce 10 pm curfew for the confort of many other guests. Mini golf out the front of resort was a complete joke🙄

“Clean and comfortable!”
+Perfect stay for close vicinity of a lot of attractions
−We had to do a very early checkout, no coffee no tea or creamer provided even when asking. Bed and mattress clutter.

“Ok pour une nuit, mais il ne faut pas s'attarder.”
+La chambre était OK.
−Votre restaurant était médiocre. Le service était lent, avec des plats manquant alors que nous étions les seuls clients. Les plats et les ingrédients étaient de mauvaises qualités. Sur 3 semaines de vacances votre restaurant était de loin le plus mauvais de tous ceux que nous avons essayés.
