“Great Experience at the Hotel”
+our stay at W hotel was exceptional, specially because of the service, from the time we entered to the time we exited, the hospitality people are always available, me and my brother celebrated our birthdays on 18 August, 2026 together, and we were surprised by the arrangements done at the hotel, rooms were spacious, food was excellent and also the kids room (wee kids) was brilliant with our kids enjoying their time there, shreya from the service team was very helpful and so were many others, i think one lady Lima / leema was also very nice at the kids room, overall a great experience, well done team W, we shall come back soon

What truly elevates the stay is the frontline hospitality team: Chef Nikhil: One of the best personalities on site, exceptional culinary skill and genuine warmth. Unfortunately, our impression of executive management was a sharp contrast. General Manager came across as cold and unapproachable, walking past us several times without a simple greeting or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, we were forced to witness Mr. Nishal openly yelling at staff members right in front of guests,a deeply uncomfortable moment that ruined the relaxed luxury atmosphere. During our stay, a representative from Marriott corporate/management was visiting, a
