+Clean tidy modern hostel room.
−No aircon. Owner did not advise me of this even at check in. I specifically booked this as I had already done 6 days without and this is a non-negotiable for me! Looking at older reviews this is either a reoccurring issue or has been ongoing since atleast February. On contacting the hostel they said that I can use the personal fan. I don't like fans! Owner offered to upgrade me, then appeared to backtrack saying we could discuss it. I don't see what there was to discuss! They didn't provide me with the one amenity I had specifically selected for

“I would not hesitate going back there again.”
+A big thank you to the owner of the property. Very understanding and accommodative. I was served by the best, Tumsime is his name. He is the receptionist and property manager, may GOD bless him. He treated us like family. The hotel is in a central place and is easily accessible. 50 mtrs to Maru Restaurant and Serena Hotel and 100 mtrs to Hayyat Hotel not forgeting the famous Forodhani market. I could walk to almost every place that I wanted to visit.
−None that I can say.
