“The cabinet were dirty and smelly. Please refund me my money!”
+Despite everything, we are grateful that we were given a safe place to stay and a bed where we could finally rest after a long journey. Most importantly, we were sheltered from the heavy rains and strong winds brought by the angry typhoon. For that, we are truly thankful. 🙏
−The room we were given was not the same as the one shown in the marketing photos. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathtub did not have proper drainage, which made it difficult and unpleasant to use. We also had issues with cleanliness. Water from the bathroom was dripping onto the floor, and we had to request additional rags to manage it. Additionally, the cabinet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made us uncomfortable storing our belongings. Considering the condition of the room and the significant difference from what was advertised, I am very disappointed with our stay. I am requesting a **full refund** of the amount I paid. I hope you can address this matter promptly and provide a fair resolution. Thank you!

“Satisfactory. I was hoping I could request a partial refund for the room not accurately provided.”
+I like how it was accessible to everything. Transpos, restos, stores, etc.
−The one shown in the photo for the room I booked has a couch by the window. Also, the aircon is very much in need of maintenance because towards the end of the stay, it was leaking in the early hours of the morning.
