−There was a putrid odour in the bathroom that was of a sewerage smell for the entire one night stay. This was in the family room. We had previously stayed in a single room and had no problems.

“Great location with excellent staff.”
+Location was great. Plenty of restaurants, bus services, cruise terminal were all close by. Easy walk to Royal Palace. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable with good pillows. The room was dark for a good sleep. There was very little noise.
−There was no hot water. The shower head was difficult to direct and the shower was over a bath tub. This makes it difficult to get in and out of the shower.

“Bad Experience”
+Limpio y confortable
