+Close to local restaurants, BIFF, Jagalchi market and transport. Room was spacious, had a good big window that can be fully opened, and a small table with 2 chairs. Bed was big, comfortable, and clean.
−Stale smell and smell of cigarettes (even though the room was a non-smoking one). The bathroom and toilet are separate and in a semi-transparent room within the major room. Shower and bath with a shower head are at different parts of the bathroom so you need to wash your body and hair at different parts of the bathroom which is weird. Shampoo, shower gel were awful as if expired long time ago. All this could be somewhow charming if with a new lover but with family or a friend, and even alone - definitely uncomfortable.

“Big baths, tiny towels.”
+Big rooms, a huge bath and all at a very good price.
−The towels were inversely proportional in size to the bath. I asked for something larger but the answer was a flat "no". 60cm x 30cm (or 2 sqft) is all they have. Genuinely can't remember anywhere else I've stayed with such tiny things to dry yourself.

+Cigarette smell all over the room. I had to request a room change, but the new room wasn’t much different.
