“Ivana was so kind and accommodating. The property was an unexpected find.”
+Contemporary and chic finishes, it was a perfect setup for our group of 5. The shared entry area was welcoming. The room was very spacious and the coffee/tea setup with snacks was unexpected.
−The only thing we didn’t like was the bed pillows. They were very flat and uncomfortable.

“Fabulous stay!”
+What a rare gem! The pictures don’t do this property justice… It is so much more spacious and beautiful than we anticipated. Ivana the owner was attentive to our every need, including giving us lots of local recommendations. Cannot say enough good things about this sweet spot!!!

“I will definitely rent and stay here again when I visit Monopoli.”
+Large suite with modern interior decoration. Neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk at night. Room is spotless and with amenities such as coffee pods, biscuits, and clean, luxurious towels and bed sheets. The bed and pillows are excellent and had a good night sleep every night.

“A must stay if in Puglia!”
+Amazing room in a small boutique hotel. Perhaps one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, worthy of a 5 star hotel without a doubt. Magical shower and bathroom with his/her sinks, beautifully decorated all over. Brilliantly overseen by Ivana who was quite wonderful in ensuring we were well looked after, from a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, some lovely snacks for breakfast and even a going away present of some local pasta. A 10 min walk to the start of the centre, another 5 into the main square. Bar on the corner and a nice little cafe around the corner. If you’re coming to Monopoli this is where you should stay - luxury accommodation at a very reasonable price! Grazie Ivana, would love to stay again!

“Perfectto.”
+This is the best property we stayed for our entire trip. The room was spacious and the interiors are amazing. We loved the bathroom specially the shower area with lights. Everything is super organised and feels like you are staying in one of the old Italian house. The host is very helpful. She allowed us to check us in early too. She was very responsive with the messages and call. I don’t know if my photos will do justice but I am still putting it. It’s a very nice experience. Must must must. 10/10.
