+Very pretty place
−I had booked breakfast through Booking.com but the facility didn't receive the request. Even though we arrived around 3pm we were told that it was too late to order breakfast for the next morning.

“Beautiful romantic getaway”
+We stayed 3 nights in the Garden Suite, located in the main house. A beautiful 1930s property full.of character and comfort. The suite was comfortable and spacious, with a roomy bathroom with separate shower and bath. Lovely established gardens and grounds, including a hot tub. Staff were friendly and helpful, with regular communication, making check in amd check out easy. Easy to find, adjacent to Volcano National Park. Was a great base to drive right round the island over our few days in the Big Island. We had a fantastic experience! Mahalo 🙏

+The most wonderful place to stay on Big Island! The property itself is beautiful and magical, but the true gem are the people that work there. Even during hurricane John and Claudia went above and beyond to make sure we have everything that we need. Absolutely exceptional place, we will be back for sure!

“Great experience”
+We wanted something close to the volcano national park, and this was. The manager was very helpful and have us some ideas regarding eating establishments and the national park, that was very helpful.
−Location, cleanliness, privacy, helpfulness.

“Delightful.”
+Location fabulous in relation to proximity to the Volcanos National Park. Staff went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism.
−Really, you have to be a nitpicker to find anything notable to criticize. Pillows too soft? Bed not quite firm enough for my liking? Yeah, I'm always looking for something. Bad on me. Great place. Great location. Beautiful grounds that were fun to explore with breathtaking fauna. Super courteous and helpful staff and way more affordable than staying in the Park. Go there!!

“It seems like the B&B managers have either run out of steam or don’t care anymore.”
+Location was great. The staff was “matter of fact.” Room was old basic. There was no bureau to put our clothes in. We stayed with our 11 year old granddaughter. One chair in the room no table to eat breakfast which we were supposed to microwave. Then the power went out as we were trying to do so.
−The grounds and character of the place was great. The furnishings were old & not special. There were no helpful instructions (wifi, local restaurants, etc.) in the room. I was instructed to take a photo of them in the office. The breakfast was good if we didn’t have to cook it in our room with no place to comfortably eat it. The takeaway lunch was great.

“美好的经历”
+位置很好，开车到火山公园2分钟。房间很温馨，设施齐备。我们下午到，碰到了火山喷发，下午和晚上分别看到了日夜喷发的火山形态，幸福且感恩！晚上回来还到热腾腾的按摩浴缸中放松了一会，美好的一天！
