“I can't recommend this place”
+This is a simple and affordable bed-and-breakfast, but don't set your expectations too high. I stayed for four nights. Parking is on the grass 50m behind the back of the building. There's a sign on the gate, but not on the door, so It's not clear if you are supposed to knock on the front door or just walk in. You have to knock, because it's always locked. Therefore, you have to prearrange the arrival time with the proprietor. He gave me a tour showing me how to unlock the gate, the front door, and my door. The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom is modern, with a typical Italian corner shower.
−He showed me the kitchen area where he set aside breakfast, which sadly consists of only one capsule for an espresso and one plastic-wrapped pastry, plus a small communal plate that has a few dry toasts and some jelly packets. There is free juice, water, and milk in the refrigerator. The room is very basic, with a low bed, simple desk, two door closet, full length mirror, and a patio. The free shampoo they provided was almost empty when I arrived. There are no sound deadening materials anywhere in the building, so you hear every movement and voice, even between floors. During my visit, somebody was playing loud music until 10:30 PM. The Wi-Fi took about a minute to show up in my SSID list, and once connected, the speeds were very slow at 6 Mb per second down and 11 up. I had to ask for it to rebooted twice. Sitting on the first floor gives much better Wi-Fi service than the upper floors where the rooms are.

+Struttura accogliente e pulitissima in tutti gli aspetti. Biancheria impeccabile, bagno recentissimo e perfettamente pulito. Stefano, che in realtà non ho mai visto ma solo sentito telefonicamente, si è premurato di farci trovare la camera fresca al nostro arrivo, il climatizzatore è recente e silenzioso. La procedura di self check-in è stata facilitata dalle sue chiarissime video istruzioni. Un ampio frigorifero con celletta è a disposizione degli ospiti nello spazio comune con acqua, succhi e latte freschi e ovviamente con la possibilità di utilizzarlo per i propri alimenti. Sono inoltre disponibili cialde caffè, cornetti e altri dolci confezionati. Il letto lo abbiamo trovato veramente comodo, la camera pulita, silenziosa e accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Il parcheggio è gratuito e 2 passi dalla struttura. Complimenti sinceri, ottima esperienza!

“Eccellent rapport qualité prix! le confort est au rendez vous! pour moi qui conduit c'est parfait!”
+La propreté, la disponibilité du responsable, le lit tres confortable. La piece etait confortablement amenagée, bien spacieuse et on avait la possibilité de gerer la clim. un frigo avec de l'eau a disposition et une salle de bain lumineuse et franchement bien ammenagé.
−Le petit dejeuner a l'italienne. pas trop pour moi. mais les enfants et ma femme etaient ravis!
