“Great place to stay.”
+The hotel is in the local neighbourhood with lots of shopping facilities close by and good restaurants. It's a 15 minute walk to the hotel from the train station, on flat roads. I also liked the fact that it is away from the tourist strip in Bari. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town, but we loved that, as we could mix with the locals. The rooms were great and the bathroom was a decent size. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook, which we did. The kitchen has everything needed to cook if you want to. The reception staff were also very helpful.

+The flat was awesome - very clean, newly renowated and well equipped.
−It's a bit far from the railway station - about 20 minutes walk. It's not a big problem, but good to know. The district is a bit messy, but the flat is really rewarding.

“Our first visit to Bari (& Puglia) made easier with a great apartment, with a lovely roof balcony.”
+Clean & comfortable appt , with a large cozy double bed & sofa bed, in downtown Bari. Nice bathroom & well equipped kitchenette. Staff always helpful & would not hesitate to return.

“Schlechtester Urlaub”
−Wir hatten einen starken Befall mit Küchenschaben. Dies war der Unterkunft bekannt und in allen Apartments der Fall. Eine Entschädigung für den schlechtesten Urlaub gibt es weder von der Unterkunft noch von Booking.com. Da der Rückflug fest gebucht war konnten wir nicht früher abreisen und mussten aushalten.

“Profesionální přístup k zákazníkovi a to se dnes nevidí.”
+Profesionální přístup k hostům na recepci usměvavý personál, který uměl i poradit. Všechny požadavky z naší strany byly splněny. Měli jsme dotaz zdá je v kuchyni i varná konvice. K našemu překvapení byla přichystána úplně nová ještě nevybalená. Součástí apartmánu malý balkónek a jako bonus terasa ve 4 patře.

+Čisté, výborné postele, dve samostatné izby, wc samostatné, nie v izbách, pre 3 osoby dostatok súkromia. Na recepcii vždy poradili, boli ústretoví. Výťah je tiež plus. Terasu sme nevyužili. Mohli sme si v deň odchodu nechať batohy v rezidencii.
−Dlhšia pešia cesta aj do starého mesta, aj na centrálnu stanicu, asi 20 min. po chodníkoch, kde venčiť psíkov a neupratujú mnohí. Doprava funguje veľmi dobre, ak sa zorientujete kde nastúpiť, ….

“Pésimo Relación Calidad - Precio”

−Decepción absoluta. Un apartamento que no vale lo que cuesta Nuestra experiencia en Visa Residence, en Bari, ha sido muy decepcionante. Hemos pagado casi 700 € por un apartamento que deja muchísimo que desear y cuya calidad está muy lejos de lo que esperábamos por ese precio. Sinceramente, nos parece una relación calidad-precio pésima y no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. El apartamento era muy frío, las ventanas no aíslan correctamente y entra el frío del exterior, además de escucharse absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle. Tuvimos que pedir mantas adicionales porque la temperatura no era confortable. Resulta inaceptable pagar semejante cantidad y no encontrar unas condiciones mínimas de comodidad. El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente. Se escuchaban los ronquidos de los vecinos, el ascensor y los constantes portazos de las personas que entraban y salían del edificio. Descansar tranquilamente era complicado, algo básico que debería garantizar cualquier alojamiento, especialmente por este precio. Por si fuera poco, las sillas hacían muchísimo ruido, no había microondas y el apartamento carecía de detalles y comodidades básicas. El baño era pequeño, antiguo y poco conf

+Przestronny apartament, czysto, na wyposażeniu wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Przemiła, pomocna obsługa (wzorowy kontakt również przed pobytem). Przy kolejnej wizycie w Bari zapewne tam wrócimy.
