−Was kept up all night the first night because of mice in my room, one of which was running around on my bedside table. Property owners completely ignored my requests to be moved or receive a partial refund. Dreadful property and dreadful people. Avoid here at all costs.

“Great value place to stay with good location, clean and working facilities, I keep returning”
+I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years when I have work in the area. For the price it's very good value - it's kept clean and tidy, my rooms have always been comfortable, shared toilets and sink and showers all clean and working fine, shared kitchen also all good, I have privacy, it's a great location for food and travel, and entry instructions are very clear
−It would be nice if there was a bit more sound insulation, but I understand the limitations - you can't control when there's roadworks or if people are noisy coming back in late, that is not the fault of the venue

“Bad”
+The location was perfect and in general the size of the room and location of shared amenities were good.
−The heater was totally ineffective. Once switched on, it sounded like a helicopter was in the room therefore making it impossible to have the heating on while sleeping which was required. Also locating the Heater near the ceiling made it impossible for the heating to be distributed across the room when the Heater is turned on.

“A disaster”
+Location is very good as it is in de middle of the market and close to Metro station.
−The window was very small, almost no fresh light or air could come in, it was US election and I could not watch the news as the TV in the room was not having any live channels. The room was not insulated atall. What in the next room was happening could you hear easily. I was trying to listen somethin on you tube at my phone and the neighbor knowked my room and asked if I could lower the volume. The bathroom and toilet were on the top floor. Both were too small and in one you could not even keep dry clothes, there was hardly any room in it. The towel was very small and there were no toileteries provided. If the neighbors walked you can hear the floor making noises. It was a disaster. Thank god I was not at the room the whole day. It was embarassing to use the toilet and shower.
