“Your reservation is cancelled”
−Well, this bad score is only for the owner, because i have not been inside. I was coming by ferry boat (GNV Durres-Bari)), which should be in Bari until the 21.45h. When i booked this place in june, i asked if it is going to be a problem, i got an answer - everything is ok. But, the ferry boat had a problem with the motor and we were in Bari about 01.30h, with almost 4 hours late. Soon i knew (21h)when we should be arrived, i sent a message to the property, "I'm late, but i will arrive" . Later that night, around 03h, I came to Squinzano, sent a message by WhatsApp, called with no answer. I checked my booking messages and realised that my reservation there has been cancelled!!! I sent another message to the owner, i asked him politely to come in the morning as soon as possible, because i have stayed in my car in front of the house gate and i was hoping to go inside. He arrived around 6a.m., he was so unpleasant, unfriendly, unhuman and looked at me with so much anger and hate. I understand that i was very late, but i still don't understand why he doesn't let me inside in the morning, and why this kind of hate. “Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
+Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, obwohl draußen ein Regensturm tobte. Am nächsten Morgen schien die Sonne wieder und wir konnten im außergewöhnlich eingerichteten Frühstücksraum apulisch frühstücken: cornetti e pasticciotti. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und freundlich.

+Non e la prima volta che soggiorno qui. Tutte le volte che siamo a Squinzano prenotiamo. Le camere sono super ,la struttura e meravigliosa e poi ci sono i proprietari che sono fantastici.
