“Hotels should be nonsmoking”
+I requested a nonsmoking room but was put in a smoking room. The smell was bad.

+I didn't like the fact the curtains were broken no wash cloths in my room. The towels had yellow stains. Only a top sheet and thin blanket. Shower was dirty I had to buy my own cleaning supplies.

“Stay away”
+No towel was provided, had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom, also had to buy two towels. One for showering and one to put at the door so the bugs could not come in. Room had an Oder. Was there 4 nights and they never changed the bedding or gave me towels

+WE ARRIVED APPROX. 2:20 PM. WERE CK IN BY A FEMALE. THE OUTER LOOK OF THE MOTEL WAS NOT PLEASING TO THE EYE. THE ROOM HAD ELECTRICAL OUTLETS BUT SEVERAL OF THEM DID NOT WORK. THERE WERE LIGHT BULBS MISSING, SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TOO SHORT CAUSING WATER TO GET ON THE FLOOR, TOWELS IN THE ROOM WERE NOT ENOUGH FOR 4 CUSTOMERS, ICE MACHINE DOOR WAS MISSING A HANDLE AND WAS USELY LOCKED, REFRIGERATOR WAS TOO SMALL, HELP NEEDED FOR TV WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN ROOM, NIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT WE WERE FINALLY ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING, EXTRA TRASH BAGS HAD TO BE ASKED FOR, AND FINALLY ON THE LAST NIGHT WE MOVED A BAG AND VERY SMALL BUGS WENT EVERYWHERE AND HAD THAT HAPPENED BEFORE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF THERE. ALL 4 OF US WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE!!! OUR STAY WAS 6-12 UNTIL 6-15-2025
