“Clean, modern, beautiful, great service”
+Wow!! We had such a great experience here. A beautiful, modern room with amazing hosts. The communication is amazing from Olga the host. The room is very clean and everything is perfect! The location is very close to the train station.
−To no fault of the property the location was not the best. I would not recommend walking around after dark and give caution to walking around any time of the day.

+A very comfortable, modern room; very close to the train station. Excellent service from the host. The area around the station is dangerous and has a bad reputation, so caution is required.

“Great & safe place”
+Brand new room, with great design, everything is so tidy and comfortable. You feel so good in this room! Coffee machine & tea/coffee set along with complimentary beverages in the fridge are so much appreciated! There are also bathroom accessories for easy and comfortable stay. Located in a short walk to the metro/central train station is also convenient. You feel safe in this place. The hosts are very welcoming and ready to help in everything you need. Thank you both for this!
−Moskitos. We were trying to understand where they were coming from. Stopped opening the balcony but they were here again. Traffic is a bit noisy at times. It didn't bother us but worth mentioning.

+Extremely comfortable and clean room. Very good communication with host. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this room if you ever visit Napoli! 10 out of 10! We even had a few free cold drinks after our travel, thank you for that as we arrived really late .

“An unforgettable stay filled with comfort!”
+I’ve stayed in many places over the years, but Vincenz Room Napoli truly stands out. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I had walked into a space that had been prepared with genuine care and love. The room was spotless, bright, and tastefully designed - with everything I could possibly need, from the perfectly made bed to the thoughtful coffee corner and calming natural light pouring through the curtains. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is Vincenzo himself. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional - he welcomed me not just as a guest, but as someone he genuinely cared about. His kindness and attention to detail are rare. I work with young people and I can honestly say: Vincenzo is one of a kind - a host with heart, soul, and standards. If I return to Naples - and I will - I’m not even going to think twice. I’ll stay here again. And again. Thank you, Vincenzo - you made my stay extra comfortable!

−Plusieurs points de mon séjour ont malheureusement été particulièrement décevants. Tout d'abord, l'isolation phonique du logement est très insuffisante. Nous entendions constamment les bruits provenant du voisinage, notamment les enfants qui crient ainsi que le chien des voisins qui aboie dès 5 h du matin et parfois jusqu'à 10 h. À cela s'ajoutent les nuisances sonores liées à la circulation, puisque la chambre donne directement sur la rue : les voitures et les camions sont ainsi parfaitement audibles. Le manque de tranquillité a donc considérablement nui à notre confort et à la qualité de notre séjour. Le point le plus problématique reste toutefois le manque de transparence concernant les taxes de séjour. Lors de notre réservation sur Booking, le montant annoncé était de 66 €, alors qu'à notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous a indiqué que le tarif était finalement de 72 €, sans nous avoir fourni d'explication claire au préalable. Elle a justifié cette différence par une augmentation des taxes de séjour décidée par la municipalité. Or, cette augmentation est entrée en vigueur le 1er mai 2026, alors que notre réservation a été effectuée le 1er septembre 2026. Il aurait donc été norm
