“Bad”
+Scam on Booking, ruined vacation, host who tried to hit my daughter. We stayed at this property with my daughter. We both are Genius level 3 customers, sharing 40+ reservations and 4+ years of being Booking clients. That also my fifth vacation in Italy - and it always had been a perfect summer experience. This summer I made a big mistake. I booked Stefano’s house. A conflict started the minute we arrived: all the floors were filthy. It was clear that the floors were not cleaned after previous guests: even food scaps were there. We texted Stefano about it, his reply was - it is impossible, the house was 100% cleaned.
−We sent him pictures of eggshells and and proof of how dirty the mop was (yes, we arrived for vacation and cleaned the property ourselves) - but we got zero reaction. The same reaction when we pointed out that most pictures of the property are not correct and made on different floors. 2 days upon our arrival the real disaster started: despite the reservation of «Entire holiday house», Stefano with 8(!!!) friends arrived to share a house. We were in absolute shock. At this point, Stefano went really aggressive. He ignored all screenshots from Booking, saying that it was our fault to think we can rent an entire house for this price. He tried to hit my daughter who filmed the people to provide evidence to Booking (unlike Stefano, we value privacy of other people so all faces on the pictures were blurred). The guests were in shock as well, and tried to be not very loud. They were clearly uncomfortable seeing how their friend treat guests. Though some of them sleepped at our floor having direct access to our part of the floor. We didn’t feel safe at all. Two days after, another 10 people arrived to live at the 2nd floor of the house. With 4 kids. I love kids, but we were forced to come

+Casa spaziosa con bel giardino, dotato, tra le altre cose, di due amache e barbecue. In casa si trovano molti armadi e appoggi dove mettere le cose, estremamente comodo. La cucina è all'esterno (coperta, ovviamente), ben accessoriata. Posizione molto favorevole per spostarsi nella zona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (settembre 2025). Indicazioni per entrare in casa molto chiare.
−Il letto matrimoniale era troppo scomodo. Davvero un peccato per una struttura così bella. Ho dovuto mettere il materasso per terra. Presenza di zanzare, che hanno ulteriormente contribuito a disturbare il riposo notturno.

“bellissima esperienza”
+Ottima struttura, curata, pulita e con gusto. Il proprietario si vede che ci tiene molto e che mette tutto se stesso per rendere questa bellissima struttura un piccolo angolo di relax e confort. Molto disponibile e simpatico. Noi eravamo un gruppo numeroso e anche nelle preparazioni in cucina non abbiamo avuto problemi.

+Apartmán Torre dellle Stelle , krásný, nové zařízeny, čistý. Kávový servis, veškeré potřebné vybavení. Křesílka na pláž. Venku krásná terasa, hamaky na zahradě,stolní tenis, fotbálek, hry, krásné místo. Moc děkujeme a třeba zad někdy příště se rádi vrátíme. Dochozi vzdálenost na pláž, která je plná místních, žádné davy turistů. Proste krása! Moc děkujeme za báječné místo! ♥️
