+We loved our stay at Villa Zoi: great host, good communication, nice location, spacious apartment with everything you need. Not far from the beach, though some exercise is required to go up and down.

+I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Zoi. The highlight, without a doubt, is the view. Waking up each morning to such a stunning panorama was a real treat, and the sunsets in the evening were just as memorable. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself pausing just to take it all in. The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a short or longer stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The host was also excellent,friendly and clearly committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with an exceptional view. I’d happily return!

+Die Aussicht war hervorragend, die Besitzerin bemüht. Der Ort war großartig für Ausflüge - allerdings ist ein Auto ein Muss!
−Die Fotos waren leider nicht 1:1 mit dem Apartment gleich. Wir haben das Apartment zum Teil extra wegen dem großen Kühlschrank auf den Fotos gemietet, welcher dann nicht vorhanden war. Auch die schönen Terrassenmöbeln waren leider durch günstige Plastikmöbel ersetzt. Da mein Mann etwas breiter ist, war dies nicht das komfortabelste Erlebnis. Die Parkplatzsituation für 4 Autos ist ebenfalls nicht hervorragend. Sobald eines der 4 Fahrzeuge nicht perfekt steht, haben die anderen teilweise Probleme beim einparken bzw. einsteigen und aussteigen. Auch empfinden wir eine Summe von 10€ pro Tag für den Hund etwas zu viel, vorallem dann, wenn der Hund dafür keinerlei „Goodies“ dafür bekommt. Zum Beispiel Futter- bzw. Trinknapf oder sonstiges. Für Menschen gibt es ja auch Teller und Besteck. ;-) Die Waschmaschine war vorhanden und durfte benutzt werden. Leider mussten wir das kürzeste Programm (lt. Maschine knapp 1h) nach ca 2,5h dann abbrechen, damit wir unseren Plänen nachkommen konnten. Alles kein Drama, aber man wünscht sich grundsätzlich das zu bekommen was man auch sieht. Eine ehrliche Bewertung ist dennoch etwas, was wir als notwendig erachten und selber auch wertschätzen würden. :)

−Ubytování neodpovídalo fotografiím a popisu na Booking. Chybělo slibované vybavení - pračka, kávovar, americká lednice a komfortní terasový nábytek. Lednice byla stará a hlučná, kterou jsme na noc museli vypínat, abychom se vůbec vyspali. Nábytek na terase byl nepohodlný, levný a plastový, na kterém máte za chvíli zpocený zadek. Pračka je pouze jedna pro celý dům, u terasy jednoho z apartmánů, takže lezete do soukromí cizích lidí. Cizí rodina odpočívá na své terase a Vy si k nim jdete vyprat špinavé prádlo. Pro vytíženost pračky se nám podařilo vyprat jen jednou za 10 dní. Uvnitř bytu nebylo dostatečně uklizeno, bylo i nečisté nádobí. Venku byly stále přeplněné popelnice. V koupelně zapáchaly odpady. Poloha penzionu je celkově velmi vysoko, doprava po okolí pouze autem, i k vodě. Cestovali jsme se psy, které nebylo kde venčit, kolem vily je silnice z černého rozpáleného asfaltu, bez chodníků, kde často projíždí auta. Celkově cena neodpovídala kvalitě ubytování. Pro nás velké zklamání. Kvalitu a cenu jsme neúspěšně řešili v ubytování s majitelkou. Následně s Booking, který nám vrátil část peněz.
