+Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and clean rooms. Peaceful, quiet. Really good food in both breakfast and dinner. Stunning pool. Good AC and wifi.
−The room was quite small and dark. The bed mattress was really hard.

+- The staff was very friendly and helpful - The location of the villa is great, and the view is breathtaken - The swimming pool is gorgeous
−- The beds are just a disaster; they are very firm, and my husband and I woke up several times per night because the arms and legs were numb, it was like we slept on the floor. I managed to sleep 5 hours max because it was very, very uncomfortable, and it really impacted my activity during the day =( - The breakfast has quite a poor choice, and no fresh vegetables, which was odd for agriturismo kitchen(( - We stayed for 6 days and ate in restaurants in the area; the cuisine in Villa Zelma was our least favourite

“Have come twice and will definitely return again”
+This was the second time I came to Villa Zelma. The first was last year with the whole fam and this year just mother and daughter. The setting is lovely and quiet up in the hills, but at the same time 10 min from the autostrada and Pistoia. It’s unpretentious and genuine. The breakfast is excellent and good value, with wonderful sweet and savory options, and I love that you can also order food and drinks by the pool for lunch and that there is a restaurant for dinner. The style of the rooms is a bit dated, but I found the bed and even the pillow to be comfortable (on the firmer side) and it was very clean. We were also very happy for the AC! Definitely will come back!
−Nothing to discourage me from coming here, but I would suggest to the owners to always have completely functioning umbrellas by the pool. It’s such a nice setting and seeing broken umbrellas being used kind of kills the vibes a little bit.
