“Without hesitation, we recommend Villa Umberti for a stay in Sibiu; it is a spectacular property.”
+Villa Umberti is an amazingly calm property on the edge of Sibiu, which is very convenient for Bolt and visiting the bustling city. The property is developed into three hotel quality rooms with a fully-equipped kitchen and spotless bathrooms. The barbecue area and garden is beautiful and relaxing. However, the best aspect of our stay were the incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts. We had a medical issue during our stay, and Liviu and Mirela rushed in to help, finding a doctor, transporting us to appointments, and checking on us frequently. They are full of life and energy. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.

+One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in! Excellent value for money. The accommodation is not too close to the old city center (2-3 km) but in a very quiet area. You can enjoy a romantic dinner/breakfast in the garden. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and had everything we needed - they looked and smelled like new. The shared kitchen and dining room were also very well equipped. Liviu is a really nice and helpful owner. I highly recommend staying here.

“Highly recommended accommodation in Sibiu”
+Very clean and well kept property, friendly hosts and convenient location. It had everything we needed. We occupied two out of three rooms during our stay and all agreed it was the best accommodation of the trip. Will definitely stay there again if we come to Sibiu in the future.

“Villa Umberti was the highlight of our vacation.”
+The pension had a great kitchen. We used it for coffee and a pastrie which we purchased but the kitchen was fully equipped. We could have made a full breakfast df we had chosen to do so. Very well organized and enough room for 10-12 people
−Nothing. This place exceeded our expectations. Very close to the city center (40 min walk). Bus stops surrounded the pension. Pizza and a local restaurant nearby were excellent.

“Fabulous hospitality that makes you feel at home!”
+"Our stay at Villa Umberti was easily one of the highlights of our trip, thanks almost entirely to the host, Liviu. He is truly one of the most genuine and kind-hearted people we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even personally driving us to a nearby attraction to save us the trouble of calling an Uber. The property itself is lovely and the rooms are immaculate. While the villa isn't within walking distance of the Old Town, it’s a very quick and inexpensive Uber ride away, so the location was never an issue. Liviu’s local recommendations were spot on, and it’s clear why he maintains a perfect 10 rating,it is beyond well-deserved!"

“Beautiful property - great facilities - the BEST host ever!”
+The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The shared kitchen and dining space were also very well equipped. There is a beautiful garden with seating areas and easy parking. Liviu is an absolute gem - he was so communicative and helpful. Providing us great insight into the local area and other amazing parts of Transylvania. He could not have done more for us - even fresh tomatoes from the greenhouse!! It’s located on the outskirts of Sibiu yet the perfect walk into town or taxi and bus options if you prefer. Highly recommend staying here

“Top services in a quiet location”
+Services similar to those of a top hotel in a quiet and intimate setting! Very clean, modernly furnished room, with access to a well-equipped kitchen, with a welcoming and well-maintained garden! The cute kittens outside kept us company while we were serving tasty coffee in the relaxing garden! Extraordinarily friendly and helpful hosts, people you rarely meet! Thank you very much for everything! We will definitely come back here!

“Definatelly recommend to stay”
+Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, very quite area. Owner is very helpful with all questions. Even a bit further from city center - but it is not a problem at all - Bolt/Uber is very cheap (like 10 leis per ride) or bus nr 10 - bus stop just behind the corner.

“Exceptional”
+The room was arranged with a perfect sense of aesthetics, it was visually impressive but also served a practical purpose at the same time; from toiletries to an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, garden with shade, swing; it was a pleasure to spend two nights there, we had everything we needed in the villa. The bus stop is very close by, we used line 10 to get to the center, and at other points, all public transportation was helpful. As we like to walk on foot, it was a pleasure just to stroll through the narrow streets, discovering shops, churches, and buildings in the well-known local style. The owner shared a wealth of useful details even before we arrived, suggesting various places to go, eat, and have fun, all to make our stay more enjoyable. We'll be back :)
