“Beautiful and Luxurious Isolation”
+The pictures don't really do justice to just how special this location is. There are three beautiful ground floor apartments with a shared kitchen/dining area, below the main residence. The property is set back from the road in the woods and feels very secluded. The rooms are lovely, modern and clean, and the bathroom in my apartment was huge! I didn't choose the breakfast, but my fellow guests did and it looked incredible. There is a shared fridge in the kitchen to store a few items which was very useful. The evenings sat outside were very special. There is not too much to do around Terlarnen, but this was not a problem for me (I enjoy the seclusion). If you enjoy walking or cycling then this is the perfect base for you.
−The only negative I found was that there was very little birdsong (other than the noisy ducks in the far distance). As a bird lover, I would have liked to have heard more, but maybe I was just unlucky - migration season has started.

“Comfortable room. Nice forest. Great kitchen if you want to prepare your meals”
+Great location surrounded by forest. Well appointed communal kitchen. Tables and chairs in the kitchen to eat your meal. Good WiFi. Nice and friendly hosts.
−Steep ladder/steps to go from parking area to the rooms. There is a gentler on the knees option to go to the rooms which is only a bit longer.

+The location was beautiful, and so very peaceful. I was here on business, with meetings in Brussels center. It was well worth the hour traveling time to and fro!
