+Good location! Around 10/15min away by foot from two beaches.
−The pictures in booking.com lead costumers to a wrong expectation. The kitchen and balcony are shared, not private. The host is basically unreachable, he didn't want to answer my calls and then did not provided toilet paper and other facilities... terrible. They show 4 stars but it is a joke, Croatia has no standardized hotel rating I don't know... I guess people can just put whatever they want. This is maximum a 2 stars hotel. I've seen people coming and leaving right away because their expectations weren't met as well, but we stayed there for 7 nights holding up this situation... anyways, if they were good people they would show true pictures and not try to fool their costumers. Long story short: 2 stars hotel close to the beach and unreachable host.

“Better air condition would be huge improvement.”
+The house is new and nice, the pool is small but still big plus as refreshment.
−The air condition in the bedroom is not adequate. It is not in the same room and also rather weak. It was too hot for a good sleep.

−Kommunikation mit Vermieter: schwer erreichbar, nicht vor Ort, Schlüssel steckte in der Tür, bei Nachfragen/Beschwerden sagte er, dass es ihn nicht interessiert und wir abreisen können. Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbalkon, dies war für uns bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Pool wird nicht gereinigt, Pumpe zu schwach, somit schmieriges, trübes Wasser. Ausstattung extrem sperrlich: keine Abstellmöglichkeiten, im Bad keine Wandhaken oder Ablageflächen. Aussicht: direkt vor dem Gebäude steht ein größerer Rohbau, somit ist der Meerblick stark eingeschränkt. Dies war nirgendwo vermerkt. Preislich zu teuer. NICHT zu empfehlen!!!

+Unfortunately, this was my last-resort option for a business trip. If I had not had an urgent need for accommodation, I would not have chosen this place. The biggest issue was the lack of communication with the owner, who was difficult or impossible to contact when needed. The room also did not match the pictures shown in the listing, which was disappointing. In addition, the cleaning did not appear to be carried out regularly, and the garbage in the shared kitchen was not removed consistently. The only clear positive for me was that the air conditioning worked properly. Overall, based on my experience, I would not choose this accommodation again.

“Fajny i wygodny apartament z basenem.”
+Pobyt był udany i apartament nam się podobał. Dużym atutem apartamentu był basen. Apartament jest czysty i prawie nowy. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona. Mieszkaliśmy na parterze i w kuchni była klimatyzacja, a w sypialni nie, choć ją trochę odczuwaliśmy. Apartament jest w małym miasteczku, ale ze sklepami i paroma restauracjami, które są wystarczające.
−Przed obiektem buduje się nowy dom i trochę zasłania widok na miasteczko. Basen wymaga więcej zaangażowania w jego czystość.
