“Great stay”
+The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did the Colca Canyon trek and were able to leave our bags in storage while we were away, which was really convenient. The location is great, close to the main plaza. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay!
−The bathroom ventilation wasn’t great, and there was some mould building up on the ceiling, although it didn’t really bother us. There was no AC but the temperatures were cool overnight, so it wasn’t an issue.

+The location of the hotel is great, you can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. We managed to do the check-in earlier than the normal time, as one of us was sick.
−After one person took the shower, there was no warm water for more than 30 minutes. Paying by credit card was not possible, even though we reserved through booking and the credit card number was asked.
