+We had a lovely one week stay at Villa Sedeoen. It is perfectly located near the town and has a boat to take you to both short and long boarding waves. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly, Dorce the manager is a great host. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Rote!

“Incredible beachfront accomodation with amazing staff.”
+Our family of 4 loved our stay. Dorce welcomed us so warmly and was so friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay. The open gardens and lawn was perfect for our kids to play. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the outside bathrooms were so nice. The staff were all so sweet and breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, overlooking the ocean. The beach was clean and crystal clear on high tide and many rock pools to explore on low. Surf breaks close by. We will definitely be back!
−Nothing - it was perfect

“A vaccasion like this makes you want to run away from your old life and get lost in paradise.”
+We love the wide open spaces, only 4 rooms makes the space extremely tranquil, exclusive and feels like a true island holiday. The staff, Dorce and the maintenance team are absolutely exceptional. The breakfast is a great touch to an already perfect accom. The property has a surf charter boat available at your request and even waits with you in the surf. 12/10.
−I didn’t like that we had to leave at the end of our stay. We will be back.

+Villa Sedeoen was such a great base for our stay in Rote. The location was amazing with a view of T- Land and Squeelers. A boat captain was included with the stay who took us out to the waves everyday at any time of the day. The accommodation is within close distance to a variety of coffee shops and good restaurants. Dorce and the rest of the team were super helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the garden was HUGE, GREEN & QUIET. Honestly couldn't recommend this gem of a place enough! Can't wait to come back!!
