+The apartment has a very good location, close to the city centre, and overall it offers reasonable value for money. The staff were generally okay and polite.
−However, unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable. One of the biggest problems was the smoking. The staff were smoking, and the smoke was coming into the rooms, which was very unpleasant, especially for guests who do not smoke. The bed sheets were also of very poor quality and did not meet the standard we expected. In addition, there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, which was particularly uncomfortable. We stayed in four different bedrooms and unfortunately experienced the same problems in all of them, so these issues appear to be something that should be addressed throughout the property. The location and reasonable price are definitely positive aspects, but improving cleanliness, bathroom ventilation/odours, bedding quality, and especially preventing cigarette smoke from entering the rooms would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

“Good location but not the most comfortable.”
+Great location, possible to have drink on the first floor bar.
−Most uncomfortable bed I've slept in, the bedsheets did not fit the room and it was very hot. No sleep for us. We could also hear everything through the door what was happening in the hallway, so when some Italian family left at 5AM, we could hear them yelling and scrambling about.
