“Good stay overall. Great location. But after 9 times to Provo, will not return. It seems too touristy now and some thing”
+I love the location. This is the third time that I’ve stayed at Villa Renaissance and really like being able to walk to many restaurants. And the resort is quiet overall. I also love that there is only one row of beach chairs at this resort, not 3-4. Very nice workers at the resort.
−This time, we stayed at a unit on the far right side. Friday and Saturday nights we could hear music loudly until about 2 am. The unit was nice but the pans were not nice nor was the silverware. Super cheap. For $1000/night, cheap but decent ceramic pans can be bought for the unit and better silverware. I even had better silverware than this years ago during my college days when I had zero money. I also woke up on the last day with a lot of crazy bug bites on my neck/shoulders and extremities. It looked like bed bug bits and they itched a ridiculous amount. I’m not sure why it would happen only at the end of our stay, but not a good ending.

+Letter to Turks and Caicos Resort [Your Name] [Your Address] [City, State, ZIP Code] [Email Address] [Phone Number] [Date: July 24, 2025] [Hotel Name] [Hotel Address] [City, Turks and Caicos] Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally demand a full refund for my recent stay at your resort from [insert dates of stay]. My experience was marred by multiple unacceptable issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of adequate response from your staff. On the second day of my four-day stay, brown water was coming from the bathroom sink, shower, and bathtub. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was not provided with an estimated time for resolution, an apology, or an offer to relocate to another room. This issue persisted for 24 hours, severely limiting my ability to use essential facilities and compromising the hygiene of my stay. On the third day, a strong sewage odor permeated my room, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. I again contacted the front desk, and once more, I received no apology or estimated time for resolution. While the issue was eventually resolved later that night, the s

“Best Place To Stay”
+This was our 5th time to Turks and Villa Renaissance is the best place we have stayed. Unit 203 was immaculately clean. Staff is friendly, great bartender. Loved siting out on our deck overlooking Grace bay beach and beginning our day with that view every day. The only thing I would recommend is having a larger coffee pot. There were 4 of us and we had to keep making more coffee. We are already planning our next visit to Villa #203

“A beautiful space to rest in paradise for our 20th Anniversay! (Unit 504)”
+We stayed at the Villa Renaissance in Unit 504 (a one bedroom with a garden view) the first week in June for our 20th anniversary. We had visited the VR with friends two years prior, and had been dying to come back. It did not disappoint. When we walked into #504, we were impressed with every detail - from the beautiful artwork and tasteful decor to the Peloton bike in case you want to get in a workout (I didn't, but my husband did!). The unit faces the lovely gardens, but you don't get any extra noise from the pool or the beach. The bedroom is tucked away, and it's easy to keep it dark in the morning. We found the bed quite comfortable, and both of us loved the spacious shower in the well appointed bathroom. There were amenities like a washer dryer, first aid kid, extra sunscreen, and a cooler to bring to the beach. It was just the two of us, but there's a sweet daybed for a child or a guest. VR is a beautiful property, and within walking distance to everything you might need. It is well kept, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the bartenders at the pool bar are great. We found the drink prices very reasonable, and its easy to order food from nearby Blu if you don't want to f

“Family vacay”
+When my husband and adult son travel we like a quiet condo complex. This fit the bill perfectly..............unit 105 on the ground floor with Grace Bay view. Safe, clean (they cleaned daily) quiet, bar on site at the pool/hot tub, Shedlyn our beach attendant for chairs and towels was awesome, and walking distance to many restaurants including the Ritz and Seven Stars. We would rent here again.

“Celebrated our 45th anniversary and everything was absolutely amazing!”
+Everything! Beautiful Villa with spectacular views! Loved the costal decor in the Villa! The beach was the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen. Clean white soft sand and crystal clear turquoise water! Beautiful pool area also! Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

“Beautiful resort and excellent Grace Bay location”
+Great vacation at Villa Renaissance! We had an oceanfront 2 bedroom with gorgeous views of the ocean from the family room and the pool area from the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, if you wanted to cook, with a full refrigerator. Washer and dryer, cooler for the beach were a bonus. Grocery store and many restaurants walkable. Peaceful environment except one night with club music late into the night nearby. Rooms were clean, spacious. The pool area was lovely and location amazing. Easy to get beach chairs each morning. My only wish was that the pool bar had someone who made the rounds to offer drinks at the beach and pool area. We will definitely go back!
