“It wasn't a pleasant stay -- definitely not worth the price.”
+The only positive aspect were the location and the service team, who responded promptly and made sure that my concerns were communicated to the cleaning team.
−There were several issues with the cleaning service during my stay. Upon arrival, both the hand sanitiser and the shampoo/shower gel dispensers were completely empty. As a result, I had to go to a nearby supermarket to buy my own supplies, despite having paid 187 PLN per night for my accommodation. This was disappointing and suggests that the room had not been properly checked and prepared before my arrival. Furthermore, the towels were not handled appropriately. Either the cleaning staff simply folded and rehung my wet towel in the shower room despite my request for a fresh one, or the towels had not been washed properly, as they still had an unpleasant smell. Finally, on the day of check-out, more than 30 minutes before the official check-out time of 11:00 am, the cleaning lady knocked on my door but immediately began opening it without waiting for a response. This was highly unprofessional and made me feel that my privacy was not being respected. Overall, these experiences fell well below the standard I would expect for the price paid. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and improve its housekeeping procedures and staff training to ensure that future guests do n

“Na jedną noc w porządku, jednak gdybym miała zatrzymać się tutaj na dłużej byłabym mocno zawiedziona”
+Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, całkiem blisko do dworca, okolica w jesiennej atmosferze wygląda zjawiskowo
−Łóżko bardzo niewygodne, materac niedopasowany do ramy, zjeżdżał z łóżka. Dodatkowo w spaniu skutecznie przeszkadzały ciągłe dźwięki stukania i instalacji wodnej (?). Ciśnienie w prysznicu skutecznie utrudniało umycie się, woda ledwo leci. Pokój zauważalnie zniszczony, obdrapana farba, zepsute rolety w oknach, tutaj niestety dużo do poprawy.
