+We travelled for work so location wasn't a consideration. The hotel looks to be recently renovated; it is fresh, clean, and the room itself spacious. Facilities are good such as a pool but we did not use it. The owner asked for breakfast preferences the night before. Breakfast is sweet only.
−N/A as we travelled for work so only stayed one night and it met our requirements.

“A real disappointment.”
+The rooms were clean. The garden had nice trees. I saw an owl.
−It was just not welcoming. It was as though we were infringing. The “resort” is in the middle of nowhere. Not convenient to town. It says it is in Caltanisetta but it is not in town. It seemed to be closing for the season, the pool was closed with some machinery by it. The adjacent patio had broken toys, a broken pool table, full ashtrays and no amenities. If they were closing for the season perhaps they should not have taken the reservation? The “Innkeeper “ was pushy and rather a pain in the neck. His method of communicating was speaking louder and faster Italian. The breakfast provided was a bunch of packaged goods from the grocery store and the coffee was cold, even after he microwaved it. It seemed the rooms were being closed for the season. The plastic light by the bed were wrapped for storage. Perhaps it had seen better days.

“Comfortable, clean, relaxing.”
+Great place. Super clean. Lovely grounds, and beautiful pool. Host Alessandro was amazing. Very informative & helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Delicious coffee, pastries, meats, cheeses & fruit. We had a guest who was lactose intolerant & he made sure to obtain special pastries for her.

“Attentive host and gorgeous property”
+Beautiful property. Alessandro was a fantastic host! Unbelievable how attentive he was. We had a fun pizza dinner at Air Play (a real plane) that he recommended and a yummy breakfast. We took some of it to go. We even took his recommendation to visit the crypt in Gangi. Top notch room and service! 10/10 for sure.

“Bardzo przyjemny”
+Alessandro bardzo przyjazny i otwarty na potrzeby gosci. Zrobił nam kanapki jak wybieraliśmy się na Etnę :). Piękna okolica i ogrod, basen z którego niestety nie korzystałyśmy w październiku.
−Wszystko podobało nam się może tylko zmieniłabym możliwość meldowania się powyżej godziny 20.00 dla tych, którzy podróżują z odległych części Sycylii.
