“A DISASTER! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”
+Absolutely nothing.
−Mold - lots of it - the shower. No hot water. Cameras in the room overseen by the host. This was advertised in the room! Didn’t make us feel better that there was a sign advertising it! No staff on the grounds EVER. Half a roll of toilet paper. Broken bathroom fixtures. Tiny shower. Resident dogs (2) barked nonstop from 6:30 AM until we packed up and got the heck out of there at 10:00!!! Front door was unreliable in that sometimes it would lock and sometimes it wouldn’t. VERY unsafe! Breakfast was NOT included as advertised. NO minibar as advertised. NO parking spot to reserve as advertised. Arrived at the property and no one was there. Finally located host’s number. Said he would send the code to get in asap. Took him 25 minutes as we stood out in the cold with our luggage. Moved out after one night. This place is an afterthought for the host. Clearly doesn’t care.

−I had ongoing conversations for a month before my stay to extend by one night. Two days before, he even gave me my room number. I’m waiting outside the property. No one there. By text he tells me “there’s been a mistake. There is no room tonight” What?!?!?

+Good things about the estate - location: near centre and station - availability to rent bikes
−Problems - saw no one during my entire stay: I don't even know who I paid - mold in shower and showerbasket - empty soap dispenser filled with water... - extra fees for everything: to wash clothes it said it was available on booking.com for no extra fee, on site there was a paper that it was 10 euros. When I asked it was 16 euros... - dark hallway - no plugs near the bed - in minifridge there should be drinks you could buy: mine was empty and partly rusted... - towels with dark spots on it - bed sheets that gave me all kinds of bumps the next morning... - no HOT warm only warm water - dogs kept barking during night and morning - can't put clothes to dry on the window frame...

“Perfectly fine, but the pictures far exceed reality”

−Pictures and listing make it seem like you are getting more than you do in reality. Owners dogs can get barking at odd hours. Some of the fixtures and fittings, especially in the bathroom were broken or in disrepair

“Als Luxus beworbenes Zimmer mit abgenutzem allereinfachstem Inventar, aber in guter zentraler Lage.”
+Die Lage ist sehr gut. 200m vom Bahnhof, Parkpätze (4 EUR/Tag) vor der Haustür. Direkter Zugang vom kleinen Gartenbereich in einen Park, und wenn man den durchquert hat, ist man am Rand von Ravenna´s Innenstadt.
−Wir hatten das ´Luxus Dreibettzimmer´ gebucht. Das war alles andere als luxuriös: Keine Bügel im Kleiderschrank, die Badezimmertür schliff mit entsprechend ruiniertem Parkett, im Badezimmer alte, billige Regale, eine nackte Glühbirne als Beleuchtung, sehr enge Dusche mit aus der Halterung springender Duschtür. Es wurde ein privater Parkplatz angeboten für 15 EUR pro Nacht, den ich bei Buchung angefragt hatte. Nach 4 Wochen ohne Reaktion erhielt ich auf Nachfrage (5 Wochen vor Anreise!) die Antwort, dass der Parkplatz nicht verfügbar ist. Einem anderen Gast, der die Unterkunft wegen des Tiefgaragenparkplatzes ausgewählt hatte, erging es genauso, und er durfte sein Motorrad nicht einmal im umzäunten Grundstücksbereich abstellen. Es möge jeder selbst überlegen, ob der Parkplatz jemals verfügbar ist, oder nur zu Werbezwecken erwähnt wird. Wir hatten das Dreibettzimmer (das 3. ´Bett´ ist ein Ausklapphocker, der, wenn er als Bett genutzt würde, nur über die Fußseite zu erreichen ist, und auch das Doppelbett ermöglicht auf der Hockerseite dann nur noch Ein- und Aussteigen über die Fußseite) gebucht, weil es einen Balkon besitzen sollte. +Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab einen Kühlschrank.
−Leider wurde ein falscher Code für die Haustüre mitgeteilt. Eine Online Nachfrage lief ins Leere, keine Antwort. Über längere Zeit nicht in das Zimmer zu kommen, ist sehr ärgerlich. Das Zimmer und Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man wird von Moskitos zerstochen, da es kein Moskitonetz gibt.

−L accès est compliqué avec les codes que nous avions pas. Premier contact pas genial. La salle de repas si vous prenez le petit dej n est pas climatisé un peu dur quand il fait 40 Parking propose a 15€/j alors que dna sla rue c 8€/j
