“Luxury family vacation.”
+Amazing hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a family suite with our own pool and terrace. The whole family loved it and wished we didn’t have to leave.

“A wonderful holiday in a marvellous apartment in a superb position in one of the most beautiful places on earth.”
+To have 100 sq m of accommodation, with a wonderful terrace and a spectacular view, was a rare luxury. The staff were outstanding and nothing was ever too much trouble.
−It should be made completely clear that the apartment is not part of the main hotel, but in a separate building, and it is over 100 steps up to the main building for breakfast, pool etc. This was not a problem for us and we quite enjoyed the exercise, but it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

“An incredible experience at an amazing hotel”
+Stunning location with great views. The breakfast was incredible every day. The staff couldn’t do enough to help you. We loved the big terrace in our room.
−It’s a long walk to it from the shore but that’s the nature of positano. Maybe the pool area could be slightly improved as it is a bit plain.

+I loved this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful... Especially everyone surrounding the restaurant area. There were two pools that always felt private. The views were magnificent.
−The air-conditioning was the only thing that left me wanting more. It was SO hot in July and we just couldn't fully cool down.

“A beautiful stay that made our honeymoon”
+Service was excellent and a big shout out to Gianni, always with. Smile on his face, an asset to the property. The personalisation, friendliness, and the private feel of the entire property. The location was excellent, easy to walk around, close vicinity to excellent restaurants. Access to the concierge team was made even easier with the iPhone provided during our stay. The team were always so responsive. Truly amazing property and team, and made the beginning of our honeymoon even more special
−Feel it should be an adults only hotel. It’s small, boutique and a romantic style. Given these aspects, not ideal for small children to be running around or playing in the pool, disrupting the quiet ambience of the hotel and grounds
