“Pleasant and strategically located.”
+Location and value for money. Excellent food at restaurant.
−Toilet needs some maintenance. Toilet seat looked old and needed replacement due to large dark stains caused by degraded plastic. Doesn’t look nice.

“Relaxing and comfortable”
+Very nicely decorated with antique pieces and wood carved furniture. Fresh bathroom and amazing view from the balcony. Do stay in for dinner or lunch, the food is amazing and incredibly good value: portions are very generous and the meals are freshly cooked and delicious. The setting is in the middle of a luscious tropical garden and very quiet area on the hillside.
−Swimming pool was out of action and the bathroom water pressure quite volatile. Also, taking out heavy luggage up to the third floor in the stairs was a bit strenuous (no lift)

+Excellent huge room. Breakfast ok. Rented scooters (rps 150.000)
−Shower did not work. Reception very bad, no info, no help, no info about the special animals roaming the place. It seems like staff is fired as pool is dirty, no upkeep of garden. No atmosphere nor interaction in the restaurant.

+The setting in the forest and the view from the upper floors is great. Rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
−The cost of the view and tranquility is the distance from the centre and the airport. It is worth it, particularly if you are happy to self drive.

“A beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful tropical garden setting with superb views to Tidore.”
+Very good breakfasts. Each day there was a different real tropical fruit juice with our breakfast. A nice touch. Meals were interesting and delicious and nicely presented. Eating at a table for two on the terrace was a nice touch.
−Nothing we didn't like.
