+The view from the top was stunning. I did like the addition of the coffee/tea machine. The host was very welcoming and gave us the route to get down to the harbour.
−It is a long walk up the hill to reach the accommodation and badly lit in some areas.

“Beautiful and welcoming”
+We had a lovely stay in this welcoming property, Enzo was very kind and gave us good recommendations. While up a big hill, the property was well located with beautiful views and the coffee machine made a lovely hot chocolate.

+Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay in Bellano, Enzo out host was fantastic and accommodating, picked us up and dropped us off to the train station when we came and left, as well as giving us plenty of recommendations for around lake Como. The view from every room was phenomenal, and it feels like you're staying in a cosy home
−The only thing to note is it is a bit of a hike up the hill on foot which can be a struggle if you've been out walked all day and miss-time the bus back up

−Hate to trash a place but here goes our honest review. It was REALLY far away both from the center and from ANY service we could find in Google Maps. Other reviews underestimated this. We saw there was a free shuttle when booking from the property but it turned out the times were really constrained only from 1 to 4pm which is hard to align with train schedules. The property itself was really decadent, everything looked old and rusty, it looks like the pictures but older & darker. Regarding getting there Enzo told us there was also a bus but it has only 4 time a day and when we arrived (at 7) it had already left. Enzo was helpful through WhatsApp but tried to avoid providing us with late check in. We had to walk there and it was REALLY hard. It was so hard and the property was so far away from everything that we chose not to have dinner that day because going to any restaurant was a big effort. For checkout we wanted a car to drive us to the station to avoid getting hurt on the way down, Enzo sent us some taxi numbers (like 12) and we contacted them the day before but most of them did not answer and the ones that did were actually not form Bellano so it did not help. “Enjoyed the stay overall but is best suited if you have your own transport”
+Rooms were cleaned daily. AC was good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very good . Use of the fridge with your own shelf. Free bus up and down the mountain if it turned up. Host was very friendly and helpful . The room was very authentic and quiet
−Location was more difficult than anticipated for walking up from town when there was no bus. The steps were so steep and difficult unless you’re super fit. Going down is ok . The main lights turn off too quickly and can be an issue if you’re walking up stairs with a drink when they turn off. The weeds in the garden area are really long and attract loads of bugs.

+la villa est cute, le propriétaire était super gentil, nous a offert le transport de la gare de train à notre arrivée et notre départ, la vue de la chambre était impressionnante
−l’emplacement est très haut dans les montagnes, il y a des petits chemin à pique pour s’y rendre, vraiment pas fait pour tout le monde, il y a cependant un arrêt d’autobus proche, mais on a décidé de le faire à pieds se qui est en soit notre problème, on voulait le vivre à fond 😅

+Dům na pohled nevypadá přívětivě, parkování je kus trávníku před plotem, vnitřní vybavení je skloubení starým vybavení s novými úpravami. Vše bylo čisté!!! Pobyt byl po prvotní pocitu velice příjemný. Nevýhoda i výhoda je že je 2km od centra na strmém svahu. Okolo nic kromě domků není, takže vše nakoupit dole ve městě, ale ty výhledy z vrchu zase stojí za to

−Willa położona bardzo wysoko, w godzinach popołudniowych, brak komunikacji miejskiej, taksówkarze nie odpowiadają na kontakt. Jesteśmy osobami starszymi zejście do centrum po schodach, kamieniach, stromych ścieżkach zajęło nam 40 minut. Najgorsze było wejście, 1,8 kilometra. Mamy żal do właścicieli, że nigdzie nie było wzmianki na temat położenia tego obiektu. Ponadto, cała willa śmierdzi stęchlizną, trudno to wytrzymać
