“Great location, very helpfull host”

−Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. First of all, I would like to mention something positive: the host was very friendly, kind and welcoming. However, the accommodation itself is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms were old and outdated, and so were the furniture and bedding. I was particularly surprised by the blankets , they were so old that I wouldn't even use anything like that in my own home. The towels were extremely thin, worn out and clearly needed replacing a long time ago. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. It was very dark, and the lighting barely worked, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. The breakfast was another disappointment. We are used to enjoying a good, varied breakfast, but the buffet here was extremely limited, with very little choice. The overall quality of the food was also disappointing. I understand that everyone has different expectations, but I believe that fresh towels, clean and comfortable bedding, proper lighting and a pleasant atmosphere are basic standards that every guest should expect. +I can write a whole essay, or even story book, about how friendly and welcoming the family that hosts Villa La Spada! It felt like I was coming home any time I woke up and was greeted with breakfast or when I came back from adventuring in the area. I was always asked if services I didn’t even think about. I love this place so much! It gave me so much artistic inspiration! I plan to come back next year 🥰

“Buena relación precio calidad pero hay que atender ciertas cuestiones...”
+La ubicación, relación precio calidad. El dueño muy cordial.
−Tuvimos problemas de electricidad. Por momentos sentiamos que cortaban la electricidad del aire. Salimos a comprar y lo dejabamos prendido 20 minutos, llegaba y estaba apagado. En un momento dado, el dueño nos abre la puerta de la habitación, mientras me estaba bañando. Lo que me dejo dudas si entraba a la habitación a apagarlo.

“hermosa Taormina”
+el anfitrion muy amable. nos presto una sombrilla para ir a la playa y nos dio un mapa con recomendaciones para conocer la zona. a la mañana nos ofrecio cafe fruta y algo dulce.
−podria ofrecer parking ya que a veces se complicaba encontrar en la zona. no habia secador de cabello- seria bueno contar con un hervidor o cafetera en la habitacion

+Hôte très sympa, accessible et à l’écoute. L’appartement est situé à 5min de la gare Taormina-Giardini. Vous avez des bus pour vous rendre dans le centre pour moins de 2€. L’hôte est ravi de pouvoir vous présenter un plan de Taormine avec tout ce que vous pouvez y faire. L’appartement est grand, un frigo type hôtel, une salle de bain… Petit-déjeuner très complet avec des fruits, des croissants, de la marmelade, du café ou lait ou jus.
