“Stay only if you dont have another option”
+The location is great, close to the Riva, and the Old Town.
−The apartment is tiny, low ceiling, and toilet is small. The stairs are very straight. The internet signal was unstable and lost for 3 days. They dont keep a bottle of water as welcome to the guests.

“Amazing experience at Split.”
+The apartment is small but super well organized, it was super clean, they had cold water bottles for us when we arrived and the AC was turned on already, excellent attention to detail. The fridge had an independent freezer which most places with small fridges don’t, and for the summer heat this is a game changer. Great location, 8 minute walk to the palace where all the activities take place and it has a supermarket at a 3 minute walk.
−Ok so not that I don’t like it but beware this is a building with the first apartment after the first flight of stairs, we had the one on the 4th floor so I recommend traveling light. But that’s the european experience anyways :)

+Хорошая комната и ванная на мансардном этаже, уютно и чисто. Есть кофе,чай, тарелочки. Из окошка чудесный вид на море,корабли и черепичные крыши домов. Недалеко до пляжа без подъёмов/спусков, а также близко до исторического центра.
−Не очень высокая скорость интернета, может отключаться (но вероятно это в целом так в регионе). Хозяева помогли сразу же, позвонили интернет провайдеру,но ближе к вечеру скорость ниже и с перебоями. Если нужно работать параллельно отдыху, то лучше чтобы было достаточное количество интернета в роуминге.

+Luftkonditionering, läget, kontakten med personalen fungerade bra, tillräckligt rymligt för 2 personer.
−Saknade torkställning för handdukar och våta badkläder, överlag mera avställningsytor och krokar för upphängning. En liten hårtork skulle också varit bra. Fönsterluckorna var stängda, vi visste inte hur man öppnar de då det var myggnät för fönstren, det blev dunkelt och instängt i rummet. Saknade också täcken, nu hade vi bara ett stort tunt lakan att sova med.

“Kleines Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick”
+Das Zimmer und das Bad sind klein, aber sehr gemütlich und mit dem Ausblick einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist zentral, aber nicht direkt im Gewusel und somit hat man seine Ruhe. Die Wohnungen sind auch gar nicht hellhörig. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung verlief sehr freundlich und schnell. Top!
−Es gab leider keine Haken, um die Kleidung/Handtücher aufzuhängen. Aber dafür haben wir die Hochstühle genutzt und für uns war das die einfachste Lösung. Der Hausflur ist leider sehr hellhörig.

+Das es eine Klimaanlage geben hat weil das Appartement direkt unter dem Dach war. Sehr Modern und für 2 sehr komfortabel.
