“Great location, but several maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected”
+- Only a two-minute walk from the train station. - well-equipped kitchen. - Clean - The owner was understanding and cooperative when the bank transfer failed because of a technical problem (the Google Cloud outage at the time).
−- Parking cannot be reserved. We were lucky that one spot was still available. There were not many free spaces on the street, and the available ones were not very close. - The shower was broken. I had to hold the showerhead with one hand while showering. - No power outlets in the bathroom (for a hairdryer, ...) - There was only one power outlet in the bedroom. Only one bedside lamp could be plugged in; the lamp on the other side was useless because there was no available outlet. It was also not possible to charge a phone conveniently. - The hairdryer was faulty, stopped working after a short time and needed to rest for a while before getting to work again. - A strange beeping sounds during the night, similar to the waiting beep sound on a phone for a long time. - The sliding doors of the shower enclosure were detached and loose at the bottom. They felt wobbly and did not feel safe to use.

“Disappointed with property”
+The property was clean. Collecting the key was fast and easy. The property is very close to a Billa supermarket and the train station.
−Sadly, I was expecting more from this property. I was disappointed to see that it isn't a fully equipped apartment for this price of property (approx £50/night) far from the city centre. The kitchen lacked a stove top so we were only able to use the microwave which defeated the reason I booked an apartment as opposed to a hotel room. Also, the single pillow on each bed was flat and quite uncomfortable. The property is on the 3rd floor so be aware if you are carrying heavy luggage or a party member has mobility issues. There was a lady there that I believe worked there (as I saw her helping move large sacks outside the property), but she didn't interact with us and actually shut the door on my face which I found rude. Someone emptied our bin every morning approx at 10am, which was nice, but I wish we had a door sign as a notice not to let someone in as I felt hurried to leave before 10am every morning. The check-out time is also 10am, and there is no place to store luggage afterwards.

“Pefecta penteu o escapada in Praga”
+Ai statia de metrou in spate si statie de autobuz la 2 min de mers pe jos, parcare suficientă in zona si gratuita, self check-in/out facil. Magazin Billa la 5-6 min de mers pe jos. Nu stiu sa fi vazut sa aiba AC, dar pentru noi nu a fost necesar.
−Camera in care am stat avea gemurile spre o alta cladire si spre terasa de fumat, pentru intimitate a trebui sa las draperiile trase. E singurul incoveninet.

+Jó az elhelyezkedése, a közeli metróval gyorsan elérhetőek a fő látványosságok. Tiszta, jó értékarányú szállás.

+Sehr verkehrsgünstig, direkt neben der gleichnamigen Metrostation. Wohnung war sehr gut mit Geschirr ausgestattet.
−Einlass in Haus und Zimmer nur mit Codenummern. Kurzzeitig war eine Putzfrau im Haus, die leider weder Tschechisch noch Englisch oder Deutsch verstand. Es war nicht möglich am Abreisetag zwei kleine Koffer bis 12:00 Uhr irgendwo im Haus abzustellen. Keine Einkaufs- und Bewirtungsmöglichkeiten in Nähe der Pension

+Metróval bárhova könnyen el lehet jutni! Tökéletesen megfelel hosszabb, rövidebb tartózkodásra is! A szállásra való bejárás is gördülékenyen ment- kérésemre sms-ben is megkaptam a kódokat!

+Ottima posizione a due passi dalla metro. Supermercato a 5 minuti. Ottima soluzione per visitare Praga, ad un prezzo giusto e con tutto quello che serve. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia ogni due giorni. Superconsigliato!

“Szuper szállás!”
+Rendkívüli szállás, tiszta, jól felszerelt, kényelmes, a metrótól 1 percre, amivel 20 perc alatt elérhető a belváros. A környéken Billa és számtalan kávézó található, csendes környezetben. Külön ki kell emelni, hogy a környező utcákban tényleg ingyenes a parkolás és van is parkolóhely.

“Pobyt krótki na dwie doby, jestem zadowolony, polecam.”
+Podobała mi się czystość pokoi, wielkość pokoju, była oddzielna sypialnia, wygodne łóżka, drugi pokój był z pojedynczym łóżkiem stolikiem i aneksem kuchennym. W aneksie kuchennym była kuchenka mikrofalowa, niezbędne naczynia, kawa herbata, sól. W szafce była suszarka do włosów, a w łazience jednorazowe saszetki z żelem do mycia. Podobała mi się łatwość zameldowania i odebrania kluczy do pokoju. W pokoju było cicho i ciepło (pobyt w połowie października). Przed budynkiem są 4 miejsca parkingowe, podróżowałem samochodem i mogłem postawić samochód na cały pobyt. Apartament jest przy stacji metra Linii B (przystanek Jinonice), z którego można dostać się bez przesiadek do centrum miasta.
