“Beautiful location and views, but the villa’s split layout and limited amenities were disappointing”
+Great location with beautiful views. The host was friendly, responsive and immediately fixed an issue we had during our stay. The hosts' hospitality (gave us a delicious watermelon and 2 bottles of wine) and willingness to help when issues came up (like the very fast fix when the shower broke twice) were a definite plus in our stay.
−The property is advertised as one villa, but is actually split into two completely separate levels with private entrances and no internal connection, which forced our group to split up. The downstairs part is quite basic, with no proper living area, kitchen or other amenities, so it isn’t really possible to use it independently beyond sleeping. Only 3 of the 5 bedrooms had AC, and the kitchen equipment was worn and insufficient for the number of guests. The furnishing, toilets, baths, showers are old and worn.

“Beautiful Villa and Great Host”
+We arrived to a huge home and greeted by a great host, Theodoros and a nice bottle of wine. The place was so large and roomy that we each had our own rooms so could disengage from each other instead of feeling crammed together in a small home. The views from the veranda of the Aegean are fantastic. Theodoros was great and always accessible when we had questions. He provided us a list of places to eat and visit. We were 5 minutes by car to Batsi and 15 minutes to the ferry port. The one issue we had was addressed quickly by Theodoros and his father. We wish our stay was longer and we plan to stay there again when we are back in Greece. Bravo to Theodoros for a beautiful villa.

“Ideal place for a group of friends”
+It is ideal for a group of friends. The house can host up to ten people and has an excellent sea view. Even on windy days there is an option to sit outside at the back of the house. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook.

“Stunning sunset views & room for all the family”
+Amazing view with big terrace to watch the beautiful sunset. Lots of bedrooms (5) so perfect for a big or extended family or group of friends - 3 bedrooms up top with a further 2 in a self-contained apartment downstairs. Host extremely friendly and happy to help with anything needed. Great, little rocky cove nearby perfect for snorkelling with lots of fish.
−If the weather is cold, there would be no place for more than 4 people to eat inside, and also limited couch seating. Kitchenware limited plus small dishwasher. Some of the beds were a bit hard. There is a little noise from the road below plus the annoying dogs next door. The walk into the town of Batsi is about 15 minutes and quite steep - ok for younger and/or fit people, but it would be difficult for older people or those with limited mobility.
