+We had a lovely stay in this beautiful guesthouse. The building is gorgeous and owner is lovely, very warm and welcoming- he also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and drink. It is easy walking distance from the train station, the city centre and also the airport. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille!

+Excellent information about how to check in, also extremely helpful regarding where to eat locally. Breakfast was really good with some home grown produce available. Definitely a good place to stop.

“A charming stay with a warm welcome.”
+Villa Gini is truly a gem! The property is lovely, with an inner garden full of fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, and even chickens. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast features fresh local produce, some picked right from the garden, and some from the host’s uncle’s farm. There’s a delicious variety of sweet and savory options. Our host made us feel very welcome and offered plenty of great suggestions, from finding the right restaurant to choosing the best bike path for our trip. We’d happily stay here again!
−I wish we could have stayed longer!

+Wonderful Stay in Pisa! The absolute highlight of our stay was Roberto , communicating with him was a genuine pleasure! The location is extremely convenient, easily accessible both from the train station and the city center. The apartment itself was clean with very comfortable beds.A special treasure is the terrace and small garden, where guests can relax and sit both in the morning and evening. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us, and a special hello to Freja!

+Staff and owner were very attentive and helpful. Comfortable ensuite room with a view of the garden. Key pad entry system worked well.
−Would have been good to have individual toiletries in the en-suite. The decoration was a bit tired, the garden had the potential to be beautiful.

“Convenable pour une nuit à Pise.”
+Personnel sympathique, bon emplacement, petit déjeuner offert, chambre spacieuse.
−Confort basique, on entend un peu le bruit de la rue, la literie pourrait être améliorée, chambre très grande mais peu de rangement, pas de table.
