+The size of the room was generous along with the terrace.
−The room location - we must have had the last room available so was located next to the reception on the side but still with a view. The main issue was the price paid as it did not meet our expectations. For the price you expect more such as luggage service up steps. The furniture in the rooms was ok. The bathroom and the (constantly misaligning) drain cover was not at its cleanest and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Again, not what you expect for such a price.

“Beautiful, peaceful and romantic place to stay in Milos.”
+We loved Villa Galls! Lounging by the pool was so relaxing and it so quiet. It was very romantic by the pool especially at sunset. It was very clean and they made our beds daily. We loved staying near Pollonia.
−If you don’t have a car or ATV it’s not really close to anything and would be a bit far to walk in to Pollonia. I didn’t rate it a 10/10 because they made a mistake the first night and we were in the wrong room however they were so apologetic giving us local white win, local jar of sweets and a Milos keyring.

−Dear Anna, Thank you for your response and for taking the time to clarify the situation. We understand your explanation, and we appreciate that you are trying to clarify what happened. However, we would like to point out an important detail: we never received an email in July informing us that there would be a €35 charge for the transfer. Had we received such information, we certainly would have been aware of the cost and there would have been no misunderstanding. When we subsequently requested the transfer through WhatsApp, the cost was also not mentioned or confirmed to us. This is really what caused our disappointment. We fully understand that transportation services have a cost, and our concern is not simply about paying €35. It is about being informed of the price before the service is provided. This would have avoided the uncomfortable situation upon our arrival at the hotel. We accept your sincere apologies and appreciate your willingness to review the matter internally. However, given the circumstances, and particularly since we did not receive any information indicating that a €35 fee would apply, we would appreciate it if the hotel could offer us a goodwill gesture or com
