−This property does not allow children. Unfortunately,I contacted the property to ask for a cot for our kid me the day before our vacation and the onwer forced me to cancel the reservation while still charging the full amount under the "no-show" policy. Due to what appears to have been a page refresh during the booking process, the reservation was submitted for only two adults. We were actually traveling with our two young children, and the B&B refused to accommodate them, I booked the suite which in the picture shows 4 beds and enough space to accomodate our family. I offered to pay any additional charges and asked the owner to propose a solution. Instead, his only suggestion was that only the two adults should come and that we leave our children behind, which was obviously unreasonable. As a result, we were forced to find and book alternative accommodation at the last minute, just one day before our arrival. I also asked, as a gesture of goodwill, for at least a partial refund given the circumstances, but the owner refused. Besides the extremely poor way our family was treated, I believe the owner's behavior was unfair and entirely lacking in customer care.Our experience was very

−L’obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine c’est trop ! Nous sommes en vacances pas dans une piscine municipale ! hors nous avions choisi l’endroit pour cela dommage de ne pas l’indiquer dans les commentaires du propriétaire, du coup j’en ai pas profité !

“Vacanza Meravigliosa”
+Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Villa Fumarola e non potevamo desiderare posto migliore per vivere qualche giorno di puro relax e spensieratezza. La struttura è davvero incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio e soprattutto caratterizzata da una pulizia impeccabile, che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale sono stati i proprietari: persone dolcissime, disponibili e sempre pronte a farci sentire a casa, con una gentilezza e un’attenzione davvero rare. Villa Fumarola è il luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, autenticità e un’atmosfera rilassata, immersa nella splendida campagna pugliese e a pochi passi dalle meraviglie di Ostuni. Una settimana che porteremo nel cuore e che speriamo di poter rivivere presto. ❤️ Consigliatissima, sotto ogni punto di vista! Carmine & Elena ❤️

+Posto fantastico immerso nel verde, un luogo ideale per rilassarsi. Il titolare gentilissimo, molto disponibile, colazione e aperitivi molto buoni e abbondanti. Pulizia della struttura ottima. Lo consiglio a tutti, infatti noi ci torneremo molto presto.

+La struttura è molto bella, curata e pulita, con una piscina davvero piacevole che rappresenta un valore aggiunto. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo e l'ambiente è ben tenuto. L'unico aspetto che mi sento di segnalare riguarda la presenza del proprietario, che è risultata piuttosto costante. Sebbene sempre disponibile, questa attenzione continua ha reso l'atmosfera meno rilassata e ha trasmesso una certa sensazione di apprensione durante il soggiorno.
−Nel complesso mi sono trovata bene e la struttura è accogliente. Purtroppo, però, l'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato e, ogni mattina, il proprietario la spegneva o la disattivava, rendendo la stanza piuttosto calda e il soggiorno meno confortevole. È un aspetto che andrebbe sicuramente migliorato, soprattutto durante i periodi più caldi.
