“Lovely access to Pompeii town centre, turn left going out the hotel door, great walks and restaurant”
+Room & facilites were great, staff were very friendly, spoke English, the location was very close to the Pompeii Historical park / ruins, and the train station - very short walk to both. Some nice restaurants nearby and a bar offering some lovely breakfast and snacks. The water in the bar was the best bottled water I ever tasted. Excellent value for money.
−We checnged our original room becuase we weren't happy with it, but the staff found us another room on the same floor. We were on the second floor, but there is no lift, it didn't bother us in the slightest, but might be an issue for other couples.

“Great location and value. Great staff.”
+The request for a quiet room was granted and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate small requests and help with printing some documents. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning as well.
−Unlocking the door took a while to figure out. It required a combination of turning and pulling the door that was not obvious. This could have been demonstrated beforehand.

+Sehr nah an die Ausgrabungsstätte, sehr nettes Personal. Für eine Nacht, aber in Ordnung.
−Sauber, aber etwas veraltete Ausrüstung. Die Dusche war sehr abgenützt, die Matratzen/Betten waren zu weich. Das Bettsofa war katastrophal.

+Labai patogi vieta. Už 5min pėstute iki viešo transporto. Mašinos parkavimas prie pat ir nemokamas.
−Buvome apsistoję 4 nakvynėms. Visą tą laiką niekas neįėjo į numerį išnešti šiukšlių. Registratūroje paprašėme, bet nesureagavo. Teko jas, tiesiog, išnešti patiems į koridorių. Kaip ir nedidelė problema, bet kai numeris su virtuve, labai aktuali.

+Poloha absolútne super, izba čistá, kuchynka slušne vybavená, dokonca aj káva okrem soli a cukru. Dole smerom k stanici kaviareň hneď vedla hotela, priamo v nej pečú také dobrotky, že som musel ísť osobne vychváliť kuchára. Ráno majú len sladké, potom pridávajú aj slané. 4-5 minút od hlavného vstupu do archeologického parku, 5 minút od vlakovej stanice.

“Terribile”

−La prima cosa che abbiamo trovato é stato un pezzo di pane durissimo chi sa da quanti giorni era lì segno di pulizia inesistente, infatti nemmeno la doccia era stata pulita. Dopo averlo fatto notare ci hanno chiesto addirittura il supplemento per aver messo la culla da campeggio in camera (di solito gratuita) .. il colmo! A detta loro hanno mandato di nuovo la signora delle pulizie in camera, ma al nostro ritorno nulla era cambiato se non le asciugamani. La ragazza alla reception non dava il resto volutamente dandoci solo lo scontrino e quando l'abbiamo fatto notare ci ha restituito i soldi il giorno dopo ma per lei era tutto normale, senza nemmeno scusarsi! Siamo andati via un giorno prima (scappati!!!) Mai piu! Non lo consiglio assolutamente . Tassa di soggiorno obbligati a darla in contanti senza scontrino

+Tenía parking. Estaba muy cerca de las ruinas, de la estación de tren y de un supermercado. Muchas opciones de restaurantes en la zona.
−El hotel no tenía ascensor, el espacio en la habitación es un poco limitado. El agua de la ducha salía bastante regular, de repente se iba el agua caliente, volvía, etc.. Además, teníamos una plaga de hormigas tanto en el baño, como en la habitación. Teníamos hormigas hasta en las maletas... Avisamos a la recepción y tampoco lo tomaron mucho en cuenta.

“Alojamiento muy bueno para descansar”
+Como llegabamos de Ercolano para ver Pompei solo queríamos ducha y descanso. La ubicación, cerca de la puerta de acceso al parque arqueólogico, las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado nuevo, el cuarto de baño totalmente reformado y todo muy limpio.
−Están reformando todo el hotel y lo que han hecho hasta ahora muy bien. Les animo a seguir en la misma linea.
