+So… first things first… It was the cleanest room we visit during our vacation in Italy, this is one of the basic staff you check when you book an accommodation. It was very easy to book and get all the directions of how to get in the room(in case you are going late at night). The property is next to highway so you don’t have to struggle with the traffic or the parking, plus there is a very comfortable Parking area inside the property. It is also in a nice neighbourhood that’s quiet but it doesn’t make you feel like you are isolated. The place looks new and the feeling it delivers is like a combination of elegance and cozy at the same time which is very rare, in other words the room feels like home not just a house. There is also a vending machine in the lobby that serves coffee etc. and another one for snacks and water which is also important. Andrea… what can I say for this guy; Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to know each other better but is an amazing guy. Very warm and welcoming, so friendly, open, real and spontaneous person that makes us feel like we know each other for many years. If I can describe this personality in one sentence. +Ottima l'assistenza pre e post pernottamento. Parcheggio interno, anche se a pagamento vale comunque il prezzo richiesto. Camere pulite e spaziose. bagno degno del proprio nome. Il letto king size è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Piacevole avere la macchina del caffè in camera per un buon risveglio
−Doccia fatta alle ore 8 perfetta. Doccia fatta alle ore 9 dal collega con acqua fredda. Terminare l'acqua calda di prima mattina non da una bella sensazione di accuratezza. Lettino singolo con rete e materasso scadenti che facevano la buca in centro, tanto che a metà nottata è servito il "king size" condiviso per riuscire a dormire

−Piccole cose, manca un ripiano all'interno della doccia, c'e solo un appendi accappatoio in bagno. Il fatto di dover pagare il parcheggio.

+Ho soggiornato una notte in occasione di un evento e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Una bellissima location, curata, pulita e accogliente, dove si percepiscono attenzione ai dettagli e cura degli ambienti. Un contesto tranquillo, confortevole e sicuro. Ottima anche la posizione, particolarmente strategica grazie alla vicinanza all’uscita dell’autostrada, che rende la struttura facilmente raggiungibile. Un ulteriore punto di forza è il parcheggio privato interno videosorvegliato, che offre comodità e tranquillità. Anche se il soggiorno è stato breve, è bastato per apprezzare la qualità della struttura e la piacevole atmosfera. Assolutamente consigliata! Ci tornerei molto volentieri.
