“Room was as described”
+The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable bed, small shower unit.
−I would have liked air conditioning but this was something I missed out when making the booking. The owner did provide a fan.

“Pleasant”
+Good size room, host let us stay 30 mins more past check out
−The light switch for the room was outside the room and right next to the hallway light near the front door, so a few times, people coming back turned our light on during the night and there was no lamp in room so it was the big light or darkness. Not having a bathroom in the room was a hassle when u needed to go in the middle of the night

“We were very pleased with our stay. Clean, value for money and handy location”
+It was clean, accessible and handy for a couple of nights.
−Unfortunately, it was a heat wave while we were visiting. So, despite the fans in the room it was quite warm but that is excusable considering the heat wave while:))

“Good”
+The room had everything you need and the outside area was nice. There was a fridge downstairs too. The place was close to public transport but still in a quiet neighbourhood.
−The room got quite warm.

“Poor”
−The facilities were poor and small things were not well tought (e.g., the light switch of the room was outside the room and there were no other light in the room). There was no a/c and the room was too warm despite the fan. The doors and the bathroom are old.

“Good”
+The Villa is authentic Italian.
−It doesn't have A/C or a fan so it gets very hot at night, very hot! I was sweating all to the point I'd wake up to drink water to make sure i didn't get dehydrated, I opened the windows BUT if you open the windows it gets very light and loud so it's really hard to sleep if you're a light sleeper. I understand that sometimes AC is not available in Europe but a fan would be be very beneficial especially in the Summer.

“It was great staying.”
+The location is perfect - just 10-15 min to Loreto metrostation and also 5 min to the bus station with buses going to the central train station.
−Everything was just fine
