“Horrible, please avoid this property at all costs.”
+Cleaning staff.
−During our stay, the shower glass suddenly broke on its own in front of us when I was brushing my teeth (I had no physical contact with the glass whatsoever). My body was covered in shredded glass and it even cut me so that I started bleeding. We informed the cleaning staff and the owner. However, the next day, the owner came to us demanding us to pay for the repair and installation of the new shower door. He did not believe us that the shower door collapsed on its own without us breaking it by force (even though it is a known effect due to edge and corner damage or thermal stress and flexing) and insisted we are guilty for it and we should pay. We tried to calmly communicate with him, apologised for his anxiety and said we truly understand his stress about the situation, but since we are not guilty and I was even injured, explained that it is not our obligation (and not fair for us) to pay for the repair. We have consistently tried to explain that to him for 2 hours, but he still insisted we pay 400€. We then told him that the next day - the day of our checkout - we have a competition and have to leave early at 9 o’clock and agreed we would resolve this issue that day (the day of

“Wunderbar”
+Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung; alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

−Chudé vybavení apartmánu a především vybavení kuchyně.
