+We loved our stay at villa central. We had a large group and were able to book the whole property. The host was extremely helpful. We loved the location. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean!

“DON’T BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT BEFORE YOUR STAY!”
−We were told we could leave luggage before check-in. We arrived, were greeted by the cleaner and left luggage in the hall outside the apartment. When we checked in later, we saw a sign asking guests not to lock the front door. So, our luggage was left in an unlocked unsecured property. The cushions on the sofa had been sprayed with a strong smelling chemical, making my wife feel sick. So much so that we had to remove the cushions and leave them outside to air. Under the cushions were crumbs and toenails from the previous guest. We thought we’d use the pool. That too was dirty. I had to clean it. With all the debris that had sunk to the bottom, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a week at least. We could not use the living room so we went out for the evening. We reported all of this. We were told that the cushions would be replaced; they were not. The next morning, when we went for a shower, we found dirt and pubic hairs from the previous guest in both showers. We sent all these photos. The cleaner visited the next day and was very apologetic. It was clear we had not used the shower since only hand towels had been used. So, we couldn’t use the pool on the first day unless we cleaned

−Im Garten waren im September unglaublich viele Mücken, sodass der Aufenthalt an diesem eigentlich sehr schönen Ort kaum möglich war. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft wohl nichts …
