“Best place to stay in Gioia Tauro - Calabria Italia”
+Nautical themed hotel and events venue - stunning villa and pool with private parking. The town itself has wonderful restaurants in the town centre and we were lucky enough to be located just around the corner from the sea during a local festival on 8th September celebrating the towns patron saint and parading puppets with fireworks, live music and food & drinks stalls - great vibes.
−Beds could have been more firm.

Best restaurants in town were: Maseria Urbana for meat, Osteria Mazzaferro for local specialities, Gourmetteria da Italo for seafood, Autentica Pizzeria in town centre.
−Beds could have been more comfortable.

+The room was spacious and very clean. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful. The location was excellent and the beach was very close. Everyone was very friendly and so hospitable.

+This is one of those places where you can immediately tell how much love and passion has gone into creating it. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed, with beautiful paintings, vintage decorations, wooden details, and unique ornaments that give the hotel so much character. We found ourselves constantly discovering something new to admire. The gardens are stunning, with palm trees, lovely green spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, matching the charm of the rest of the property. The location is fantastic too,the beach is literally just across the road. You can choose between the public beach or a private beach, which is a great option depending on the kind of day you want. There's also a lovely swimming pool, perfect for relaxing if you don't feel like heading to the sea. This is much more than just a place to sleep,it's an experience. If you appreciate hotels with personality, art, and exceptional attention to detail, you will absolutely love staying here. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
−The only minor downside was the bed in Room 3. The mattress itself was soft and comfortable, but the bed frame or base underneath felt a little unstable. It didn't spoil our stay, but it could do with a little maintenance or replacing in the future.

“Buono soggiorno”
+Bellissima Villa, belle camere, ho fatto il check in prima delle 15, il personale è gentile, la piscina è bella è piacevole
−Il proprietario che parlo al telefono a voce forte una parte de la giornata e prima della mattina davanti alla villa, crea problemi per la tranquillità locativa, il bagno era un po’ sporco vicino la doccia, alcuni asciugamani erano sporca. Quello che non è colpa loro è che Gioia Tauro è sporco anche il mare vicino.

“Bellissima Villa e ottimo soggiorno”
+La struttura somiglia molto ad una villa stile Americano, molto bella e curata nei dettagli, sia all'interno che all'esterno.
−Cambierei posizione ai motori esterni del condizionatore perché emanano aria calda e se si è in terrazza della camera danno davvero fastidio.

+Największym atutem jest basen z którego można korzystać na terenie obiektu. Blisko do plaży, która raczej jest mało oblegana. Kontakt z obsługą bardzo dobry- Wysyłając wskazówki naprawdę ułatwia to dotarcie i zameldowanie w obiekcie. I dodatkowo możliwość zaparkowania auta na dziedzińcu to duży plus

“Meraviglioso!”
+Villa incantevole. Sembra di essere in una "nave" immersa nel verde. Struttura ampia e intima, dotata di piscina privata utilizzabile senza restrizioni. Il personale gentilissimo: il proprietario è stato di una disponibilità unica consentendo l'anticipo del check-in di molte ore e la signora che ci ha accolto è stata cordiale ed ospitale. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno e stanza climatizzata. Colazione convenzionata in una struttura a pochissimi passi a piedi.
−Frigo piccolo, entrano bottiglie d'acqua piccole. Intorno pochi servizi e lidi non attrezzati (cosa non dipendente dalla struttura) che ci ha creato qualche problema essendo il nostro un soggiorno brevissimo e non essendo muniti di ombrellone. La stanza che abbiamo occupato ha una vista davvero favolosa, peccato solo per il balcone troppo piccolo che non ci ha permesso di godere a pieno della vista!

−Pas de petit déjeuner, parties communes extrêmement chaudes, piscine très très très chaude, limite jacuzzi... mais c'est la saison...
