“I do not recommend this place to future guests.”
−We were not given the room we had booked. Instead, we were given a different room that we had not chosen, without a lake view and without a terrace. From the very beginning, the owner did not inform us that we would be given a different room. On top of that, the owner was not friendly at all and was very rude and unprofessional. We are very disappointed with the whole experience, especially because we did not receive what we had booked and paid for.

“The owner cancelled our reservation while we were traveling there. He made up some excuse and told us that other people”
+Nothing since we couldn’t stay here. The owner cancelled our reservation while we were traveling there. He made up some excuse and told us that other people were waiting to get the apartment, they probably paid more than he could ask of us here on Booking. He was not nice on the phone and we were left without an apartment even though we had booked it 2 weeks in advance.

+Clean. Comfortable. Friendly owner. Handy location (if a little steep up and down)
−Rather expensive for the region.

“Our experience in this hotel was not a happy one.”
+The location was very nice.
−The breakfast menu was quite limited. We actually paid for breakfast elsewhere on three of the four days we stayed. Housekeeping seemed minimal eg there was no toilet paper in one of our rooms for two days and there was no evidence of bed linen being changed. Towels were extremely hard. We were asked to pay for our stay in cash rather than by electronic transfer which had been agreed beforehand. We were then short changed for the bank's transactional fees.

+Csodálatos kilátás, 5 percre a sétáló utcától.

A reggeli bőséges, választékos. Nagyon kellemes volt a szép kertben reggelizni. Összességében csak pozitív véleményünk van. Bátran ajánlom ezt a szállást.
−Nincs olyan ami nem tetszett.
