“Amazing location and friendly staff”
+Amazing location, close to down town (restaurants, bars), but away from the busy parking where all shuttle buses stop. Also very close to Theth - Valbone hike start. Nice big private garden with beautiful mountain view. We did not expect breakfast as booking.com said not included, but we got served delicious breakfast every day :)
−Improvement of small details could make it 10/10 - missing shower curtain, small lamps in the room were not working and the big lamp was way too strong for evening light. It did not brother us but be aware if you book ground floor, you can really hear people walking and talking in the upper floor

−Make sure you check the opening times of the restaurant/possibilities with the hosts a bit in advance on that day.

“Wow! We loved this place”
+Our favourite place we stayed in all of Albania! The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and the view from the accommodation is just incredible. Waking up on the top floor of the villa to the morning light hitting the mountains was 😍 Breakfast the next morning was lovely too! It’s a little walk uphill from the village, around 5-6 minutes, but we actually loved being slightly removed from any hustle and bustle. It’s so peaceful up there. There’s no fan or air conditioning, but one window has a fly screen so you can sleep with them open and enjoy nature’s air con. It was genuinely the best sleep I had during our entire week in Albania; a super comfortable bed with the cool mountain breeze blowing in through the window. My only regret is booking just one night!
−No mini fridge in the room for cold water/drinks but I’m sure you could use their fridge in the bar/restaurant if you really needed.

“Beautiful views, fantastic hospitality and the comfiest bed in the world.”
+It was a beautiful location, the bed was SUPER comfy (very well needed after hiking from Valbona) and the hosts were incredibly friendly. I’ve seen reviewers saying how the hosts were rude and we saw none of that - they could not have been more welcoming or accommodating to us. The host was delighted I was trying to speak Albanian with him (even tho my Albanian is awful). I will DREAM of the pancakes we had for breakfast for the rest of my life. Can’t wait to come back for more hiking ❤️
−The toilets were slightly basic but for the price you’re paying and in the location you’re in, it really does not matter and they work perfectly fine (the shower was incredibly hot too).

“Lovely stay with exceptional views of the mountain”
+Exceptional views from the room, overlooking the mountains. Although fairly basic, the room was lovely and met all our needs. We had the upstairs room with a private bathroom. The bed was soft but comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was nice but it seemed we did not get a choice of preferred eggs compared to other guests. We were given a hard boiled egg and other guests had a fried egg so make sure you request what you want! Other than that, the homemade fried dough with honey and fig jam was lovely. Staff are friendly and you can appreciate them being a family-run business.
−The bathroom is basic and seems to be missing a few final touches to really make it an exceptional stay. Saying that, I would definitely stay here again!

“Unglaublicher Blick, grandioses Essen, toller Service.”
+Die Unterkunft hat uns begeistert. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Unterkunft super. Der Blick ins Tal und die Berge ist atemberaubend - auch durch das Panoramafenster der Unterkunft. Das Essen war sehr lecker, gesund und für uns als Wanderer sehr kräftigend nach einem langen Tag. Wenn man nach einem Wandertag entspannen möchte eine absolute Empfehlung.
