10.0“Brilliant hospitality”
+We stayed for one night after our safari and before our flight the following morning. They were so responsive over message beforehand and we were able to arrange an airport transfer for 30USD. The staff were so hospitable during our stay and as it was our honeymoon they covered our room in rose petals and very kindly provided us a complimentary bottle Of Prosecco. We had dinner at the villa which was really nice as well as breakfast the next morning. It was the perfect place to relax after our safari and when we returned to the room after dinner they had even cleaned our very dusty shoes which were now spotless!
−Nothing, the hospitality was exceptional and it was the perfect place to relax for the night before heading to the airport.

10.0+Super welcoming, caring and helpful team - they made our stay extra nice and comfortable helping with laundry (they even discretely cleaned our shoes!), currency exchange and organizing an afternoon excursion around Arusha. The food was lovely and breakfast particularly generous. Loved having it outside by the pool! Rooms were super spacious, and the bathroom had good water pressure and very hot water. Because the villa is a bit remote away from the city centre, it's very quiet and we slept so well. Overall amazing value for money
−The pool water was a bit cold so we didn't go in

10.0“If you are looking for a intimate place, with warm bience and wonderful stuff, this is the place to stay.”
+We stayed 2 nights in Villa Arumeru before our safari. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly nice, polite and accommodating. They went above and beyond to find a fan for our room after the electricity shortage that caused AC to stopped working. The food was also very good. We also liked the size of the property: small and intimate.
−The drive up to property was pretty rough. The street was pretty bumpy. But this wasn’t something that would prevent me from staying there again. Also, the rooms with the Mt. Meru view don’t have the view anymore because of the trees. However, Meru is covered in clouds most of the time, so you can’t really see it anyway.

10.0“Highly recommend!”
+A genuinely excellent stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with one of the best beds I've slept in away from home. The food was a real highlight , every meal was delicious. Best of all was the staff, who were helpful throughout and went well above and beyond at every turn. Highly recommended.

8.0+The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout your stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude make a real difference. A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality!
−The hotel grounds are very cozy and pleasant, with a relaxing atmosphere. However, the hotel is not very easy to reach, which can be a bit inconvenient. In my opinion, the price for the accommodation is somewhat overpriced considering the overall experience.

10.0“Scenic, peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable”
+We had such a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel and were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge part of what made our experience so special was the incredible staff, particularly Ellie at reception and Ambrose, our driver. Ellie was absolutely fantastic. She was so warm, friendly and accommodating, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. No matter what question we had or what we needed help with, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She organised taxis for us into town, helped arrange tours and was always there to offer advice or answer any questions we had. She genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying our time in Arusha, and her kindness and helpfulness made such a difference to our stay. Ambrose was equally brilliant. He picked us up from the airport and immediately made us feel at ease. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Arusha and the surrounding area, giving us a little tour and sharing his local knowledge along the way. He brought us in and out of town, helped us meet up with our tour operator and guide, and was always so patient, reliable and accommodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous and w
−Nothing. As others have said the road to the hotel is bad and repairing it is out of the control of the hotel. But it's only 5 minutes and you get use to the bumps very quickly.

9.0“Extremely pleasant hotel with great staff, just bit tricky to get to.”
+It is an oasis in a busy town. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us a bottle of champagne and baked us a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The chicken was memorably good, and the rooms themselves as well as the outdoor pool are both nice.
−The drive in is _really_ rough - like rougher than any of the roads we drove on in the Serengeti. The Wifi and TV are also pretty spotty, but that happens throughout Africa, so we were mildly bummed that we couldn't watch the world cup match going on, but not a big deal.
